This branch of Bank of America recently tried to steal $24,000 from a Naperville woman. They refused to offer any explanation for why they closed her account, denied that she even had an account and still refuse to explain their actions. Shenanigans like this are common in Third World countries like Greece and Hungary. In those countries, whose economies are in freefall, banks lack legitimacy. They engage in fraud and steal from their depositors at will. Institutional theft like this happening in America is proof that we are backsliding into Third World levels of corruption. I'm happy this woman got her money back, but beware. The worst is yet to come.

My daughter was in need of a checking account to have her check direct deposited. She opened an account and deposited her first check. They told her it was on "hold" waiting to clear. Second check, same song and dance, third check, same think. After several calls advising her the checks should clear in 3-5 days, she called again and was told she had to come in. She goes in and was told her checks were being held because they felt the checks written on the account were fraudulent. A) SHE DID NOT ORDER CHECKS and B) No one could have told her that sooner? Well, it's been almost three months now and she is no closer to seeing the three checks that were deposited. Now, because of Bank of America's "investigation", she is not able to get a checking account at another bank. What that hell is going on here? Clearly they are aware, they know she didn't order checks, so close her account out and send her the money she rightly earned and honestly deposited.

Unfortunately, customer service isn’t what it used to be. And it’s especially shown at this location. Also so sad to see the drive thru is gone. Also hours are shorter. Not good. So many branches closed down too.

I went into the bank to make a deposit the gentleman (Luis) was to worried about an whole conversation with other banker and customers to be tentative. I gave him my envelope and he took my stuff out and put the envelope towards me in the window. Then did the deposit said nothing then put my license and receipt on the envelope that was wet. Just bad business at this bank. Do better Bank of America-You have a person standing at the front that 85% of the time doesn't even acknowledge you. when you know better you do better/so start to learn to do better.

I’ve patronized with Bank of America for over 5 years. However, after visiting this branch today unfortunately that will be changing soon. Today, one of their tellers decides to be biased with me and say due to my direct deposit being in pending status even with it showing in my “available balance” I can’t withdraw the funds. That's incorrect, once a direct deposit is showing in your available balance whether pending or not you have the right to access your funds immediately via ATM or inside the bank. I have made this same withdrawal from this same Bank of America out of my direct deposit the same day of every month for the last 5 years from other tellers, managers and not to mention other Bank of America locations in Illinois while the direct deposit is clearly “showing available” in my balance. I even called Bank of America’s customer service and spoke to a manager to confirm I was correct. So, I wonder why all of a sudden today at this particular branch the rules have changed. *They in fact have not changed* ?My conclusion, STOP ? profiling your customers based on the color of their skin. Today’s service was horrible and a disgrace on Bank of America’s end. This branch has a lot of areas of opportunity to work on in the bias/racism department. If they did it to me I can only imagine who else they are discriminating against. Oh and all of a sudden after I advised the teller of her profiling me being the reason I was being denied my money, all of a sudden she allows me to make the withdrawal. Two thumbs down today Bank of America for an unnecessary level of low service. ??

Wish I could give this place a zero stars. Female teller that closes on friday’s is one of the most ignorant people. She picks and chooses which people she wants to take next. Standing for 20 minutes in line for personal accounting to get money out but someone walks into business for 5 minutes and they get to go next. I would suggest another bank of america if your going friday at close. AND this hasn’t been my first people with her in the past. GOOD LUCK!!

Don’t go here they prioritize the people they know vs regular customers. My mom went here, Michael who’s suppose to be the manager told her to have a seat until someone who was bilingual could help her since there wasn’t anyone at the moment. She sat down, she waited, she saw that there was multiple people that spoke Spanish that weren’t helping anyone but yet they didn’t come out to ask her if she needed help or anything. Michael instead of asking one of his workers to help her, he proceeded to go into an office close the door and talk to the other lady. They both looked at my mom and proceeded to laugh as if they were making fun of her just sitting there. When they finally came out after like 15 min they didn’t help my mom they instead started to help people who came after her, and all because the people knew the workers there. The lady came out to greet someone in Spanish, hugged him, told him it was nice to see him again and completely ignored my mom. My mom decided to see how much longer it would take, then she was reading a poster and another lady who was in her office got up looked at my mom straight in the eye and shut the door very loudly as if that bothered her, mind you my mom wasn’t looking at her at all. When my mom finally saw someone who spoke Spanish come out she proceeded to tell her what happened, they end up helping her outside by the entrance not in an office, they end up doing the wrong thing which caused a whole other problem. When I called to complain because I was furious the lady said that more than half of the people there spoke Spanish and how they don’t discriminate or prioritize because their goal is to make the place feel like a home, well if most people speak Spanish why did my mom have to wait for so long, and it wasn’t just her there was someone else who waited just as long if not even more than her. They prioritize their friends because she clearly heard when they said they didn’t have an appointment and how they know people working there. Not to mention when I called to complain I was being constantly put on hold, and I was told they wanted to speak with my mom and not me since I’m not a customer, I’ve had my bank account there for 6 years. They seriously need to improve their customer service because that’s discriminating. And if it nothing like they claimed, with all the pointing and laughing it certainly makes people feel like they’re laughing at them

Please management give the workers good training! Because they gave me wrong info and spent another 15 min. Tellers seems rude. If any different bank of America location I would choose that one but not this one

Worst experience ever! I called to activate my credit card and they told me to came in the banking center to verify my ID. I asked the receptionist and she even told me this is a DEBIT card. How can people not knowing how to do their job? Once she realized this is a CREDIT card, she said we can't activate at the bank. Since when the bank can't do what they're supposed to do? Then she asked another banker how to activate a credit card and he also told me to call a different number. The next day I called that number and they told me the same thing to go to the banking center to verify my ID. What a mess going on at this bank!!

Had an appointment with a banker scheduled 10 days prior. When I took the afternoon off of work and arived 10 minutes early, they told me that he usually isn't in the office and works remotely. No call no email no warning whatsoever that I would waste an afternoon driving to this location to be stood up.
