The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help when my dog needed a last-minute cleaning. They worked efficiently and the dog left looking clean and happy!

We went here everytime to get my pups' nails trimmed. He would hide his paws and was super scared about me trimming his nails. They would do an amazing job. Unfortunately, he passed. But our puppy has also been doing the same. These wonderful people know what they are doing and are so quick.

Yesterday was my 1st visit (and hopefully more) to Bark-a-Lounge Pet Salon. I run a foster based animal rescue in Aurora and we rescue many little, fluffy dogs that are basically "hot messes". Not their fault but due to lack of grooming on their Owners. Finding a Groomer to take on a "hot mess" is not easy. I had some issues with Big Box grooming stores and was never happy with their results or lack of care for the dogs. I poured over reviews on many groomers and chose Bark-a-Lounge Pet Salon based on the fact they are a small grooming salon. Bigger is not better. Shondra (sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong) was very helpful on the phone when I explained my situation and making an appointment was easy. I brought my little fluff hot mess and he came out handsome. I was advised in advance they would have to shave him down. I was fine with that as I know he was severely matted, and hair grows back. Honestly, his hair will grow back healthier now. I got feedback after his groom that I am able to pass onto his adoptive family when it comes time. I will definitely bring our Treasured Gems back to Bark-a-Lounge Pet Salon!

The service here is excellent. My dog is difficult to handle and they put him at ease. It’s obvious how much they care!

My puppy had an absolute blast here getting his bath and groom!Siren the bather was ever so patient with him and he never once freaked out. Will absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone who cares about their dogs well being!

Great privately owned grooming salon! Friendly atmosphere, they take walk ins, I have my dogs nails ground there once a month. Been going there for over 12 plus years; with my first dog and now my second one.

Bark-a-lounge has had new owners since 2020, so the older reviews really shouldn't count anymore. I have been bringing our 4 dogs here since late 2020 and couldn't be happier! 2 get full service with haircuts, 2 get baths and their nails clipped. They have a helpful fur length gauge so you can see and select the exact length you want. My dogs always look and smell great and come out happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful and special requests have never been a problem.

I would highly recommend Bark A Lounge!!! We have 3 Dogs that get groomed here and Every time they have gone we've been pleased!!! I know not all dogs do well in certain situations but every time we pick them up their tails are wagging Thanks Again to all the Groomers!!!
