I have been in this bank for 5 years and yesterday, May 15, I went to withdraw money from the ATM and they did not give me my money but they did remove it from my checking account and today I am going for a clarification and I have a photo and screenshot that I did not receive my money but Terrible service as always the bank only always tries to keep your own money

I called regarding notary and was told to call back in an hour. I called back and was told I would receive a call in a few minutes. Two hours later, I called a third time and no answer. 30+ years as a Harris customer, I have never had to call the bank three times. Next time, my third call will be to another bank.
