Overall, Hugo Boss is probably my favorite lineup of clothes when it comes to polo shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies.Definitely a high end brand but not ultra high end with the likes of Gucci, Burberry or Fendi but affordable if decent sales are found and can be a bit expensive at regular price.Don't shop here for suits or dress shirts but indeed usually looking for something sleek, sophisticated & sporty such as the sweatshirt I bought on the wknd after Thanksgiving last year.Always a decent selection of apparel and other accessories bearing the brand name accompanied by top notch customer service.

Don't buy anything without trying it on. They will not refund your items only exchange or store credit. Bought a shirt for 150$ yesterday, tried it on didn't fit. Came back to return and they only offer store credit. They do not follow cooperate return policies.

I told my wife on the way there that I dress like a bum after work let see if they going to give me a good service. Definitely they don’t judge you by your appearance. Good selection of dress shirts under 30$ you won’t find double breasted suit here but other than that good experience

I was going to purchase something but sadly someone turned the lights off in the fitting rooms and didn’t get to see the fit. There was still 20 minutes left before closing. Poor customer service. Don’t waste your time.
