This is not for the nice cashiers that work for bp, they are friendly and the place is always clean. The two guys at the urban kitchen I guess don't like to do business. They both looked at me and gave me a dirty look right as I was going to say high and place an order. They turned around then just kept working. Was probably for the best though, as I walked away I noticed they were handling food without gloves.

Visited around 9 am, and had no lids for fountain drinks, so I proceed to look under for some and get told to stop and read the sign by an employee. No big deal I didn’t see it. As I’m going to the cashier to check out the cashier makes fun of my buddy who I’m with, saying don’t run into to the door because we “can’t read signs” after he leaves she continues to make fun of him. Didn’t know going to a gas station makes you subject to this abuse. Will not be going back!

Have visited several times over the years. Advise against evenings or nights. Male employee not courteous and always gives the impression that you are bothering him and a burden to be a customer. So many other options are located close by. The Shell across the street or Thorntons down the road seem to always have friendly and courteous employees. I wont be stopping here again.

I just experienced the rudest gas station employees ever. My tank is on empty. I went there with my debit card. I swiped my debit card in the machine and it kept saying declined. When I went in again to the gas station itself it again said declined. I have money in my account so I called my bank. My bank told me that BP put a hold on my card for $107.53! Why is this!??? I didn't even get any gas. When I tried to talk to the gas station employees about this, they were rude, non empathetic, and even tried to ignore me! I asked them to call their manager because now my card had a hold on it for 24 hours and I have no gas. After they pretended to call somebody and said she wasn't available and told me that They couldn't do anything for me and I had to wait 24 hours, I left, not wanting to give them any more of my business. Stay away. They are totally rude and are an example of what Customer Service should not be. I also had to file a dispute with my bank in case BP doesn't give me my money back. I tried calling corporate to talk to them about this, but none of their numbers work.

Whenever im in town i stop here and usually everything is great an the bathrooms are amazing for a gas station.. when liz is working i have no complaints its perfect.. i was there a few days ago and there was an elderly man working an it was the first time i had a bad experience NOTHING was stocked an the bathrooms needed to be cleaned i overlooked it because stuff happens .. but i asked him for a fountain cup lid when there were no other customers in the store an he had such an attidude so i just walked away opened the cabinet an just got it myself it was very disappointing thats why im only giving 4 stars
