I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received from the store manager. I was treated with contempt and denied assistance in a rude and completely inappropriate manner. Instead of solving the issue I came in for, the manager acted evasively, unprofessionally, and with an arrogant attitude.
Additionally, I witnessed the manager taking out their frustration by humiliating and belittling other employees in front of customers, which I find unacceptable and very concerning.
This kind of behavior not only affects the customer experience but also creates a toxic work environment. I hope the necessary actions are taken, as this is not the first time I’ve heard negative feedback about the service at this store. As a customer, I deserve respect — and so do the employees.

My son, husband and I walked in to buy a suit and were greeted by the lovely Kallie She was kind, courteous, attentive, helpful, patient words cannot describe what a wonderful experience we had because of her. We will be definitely going back to buy more suits because of HER. She is an asset to the company. You guys are lucky to have her.

Just went today to get a suit for my new job this weekend when I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Kallie. She was such an ASTOUNDING help she went above and beyond to make sure that I had the perfect suit. She helped me go through a wide variety of suits and helped me narrow down the best looking suit for the best price. I have her to thank for helping me find TWO beautiful suits.
Absolutely incredible experience and will be seeking out Kallie for all my men’s wear needs.

Very upset and disappointed with this store. We have gone here for years and recommended friends and family. Yesterday my husband bought a suit there after they measured him, he tried it on, and the associate confirmed this was his correct size, only for him to come home, remove the tags, and put on the suit for an event. Upon being at home and having my eyes on it, we acknowledged that the suit really was too big on him. When we went to exchange for a smaller size today, they flat out refused to take back the suit, claiming “He is an adult, therefore should know if a suit fits him correctly.” I explained that the suit was mostly large in the back which he could not have seen, though the associate looked at him and assured him this was the correct size. The manager continued saying it was impossible for her to put new tags on and would not exchange the suit. I am sad that they lost a lifelong customer due to such fraudulent behavior and rude manager. Please consider this before shopping here.
