First time walking into the store looking for cowboy style booties. Thankfully, the only other store with options, great options too! Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for in my size for that same day, but Janelle was such a great help that now I have my eye on another pair of booties!

I really enjoyed being at this store. I was greeted promptly by Drew (Andrew). He made me feel like I was a VIP at a luxury establishment. He gave me several pairs of jeans to try on and made great suggestions. This was, by far, the absolute best retail experience I have ever had. It made me feel happy to have been there. They made my day better. Drew is excellent at his job. I will definitely be back.

This was a great experience; going to this location! My mom and I spent the day trekking to a few different Buckle locations and received less than desirable customer service from at least one of them. The service at Fox Valley was phenomenal though! We even walked away with more gift items than we'd originally gone for. Thank you to the manager-in-training who helped us!

I always have a pleasurable experience shopping at Buckle. I especially enjoy Anthony's customer service, attention to detail, and extreme professionalism. I feel like I'm part of the family when I shop with Anthony. He always makes the shopping experience a favorable and memorable time. I'm a bit overweight but Anthony took the time to find jeans that would fit me and also be very fashionable. When shopping at the Buckle always ask for Anthony !

Never again! Forgot half my purchase of overpriced wanna be high end knock off jeans behind the counter that I had to go back for. Also, and more importantly, they talked me into their scam of a credit card that admitted they screwed up but refused to fix it and robbed me for no reason. I would rather throw my money in the street. At least then a decent person might get it! Sincerely, Dan

Visited the Fox Valley Mall store the other day and it was TERRIBLE! We were HOUNDED by Tyler. We told him we just wanted to look around for a while and he badgered us with ugly clothes asking if I liked them. NO! We finally had to just walk away, but he followed keeping on flapping his lips. He was worse than a used car salesman. He was finally as rude AF when we just rolled our eyes and told him to STOP hounding us. Tyler is the reason why people HATE shopping and prefer to buy online. Like us from now on. Will not go in store again.

Love this place and the staff. Everyone is very helpful. They will help you pick out outfits or they will just leave you alone and let you shop whatever you prefer. Cici is the best and super helpful and nice. No pressure and good taste.

Love the store for guys. My wife can't ever find anything though because all you want to carry are 1980s ugly hi-rise jeans and half shirts. You're missing the curve. Hi-rise has been going out of style and low rise is back. Also, only kids wear half shirts. What about the rest of us? What happened to the store that used to set trends and be ahead of the trend curve?
