The inside looks so rundown. They are big nasty at this location. I do love me bk. Always some issue here. I asked for cheese and egg croissants special. I got sausage egg no cheese. I happened to open before I left. She returned my food to the kitchen and i saw the cook open the sandwich and remove the sausage wrap it back up and the manager handed it to me. First I can't eat pork at akk. Asked the manager if thats what they do. She said no she was going to make it fresh. I said when you just re handed to me a 2nd time.WHILE THIS STILL HAS PORK RESiDUE ? So you want me to send it back through. The kitchen for the 3rd time? That's nasty. She doesn't know if I'm allergic but was ok handing this pork contaminated food? This is not ok. This restaurant had no customers. the cook had time to make it fresh. and the manager had time to take my order correctly . But was upset with me when I called her on it, and started raising her voice at me. I was the only customer drive thru and in store 10am. And one customer entered during this conversation. At this point I asked for a refund. Sure hope she wasnt lying about that and i get my refund back to my card. Not even an apology. take 3 times to give me the same wrong sanndwich while your crew just picks off stuff and replaces. This is wrong and nasty. And the crew learns from there manager. Disgusting. Luckily I happened to see because the kitchen is visible and I was in the store. if it had been in the drive thru at this location you don't know how there preparing your food. NASTY

Burger king is a fast-food chain with an odd sense of identity at times however I find myself partial to a whopper plus the fries ain't bad. The food is cheap, tasty, and convenient, but not very healthy.

Would give no starts if that where an option.This is the “big fish sandwich”Completely rock hard all the way through, took one bite and couldn’t eat any more. Tried for a second bite and spit it out. Tastes disgusting. Looks disgusting.Called several times and no one picked up.Won’t be back.

Hello everyone I not going back to this place again I order 3 bacon with cheese whopper combos and they don’t give me my fries I ask for M cokes and hey gime it large I pay almost $69 dollars on this place the coke taste like mineral water ????I was eating my food and I have a lot stomach pain what is wrong with this place nevee again going back there ??????and it was my first time going there ????

i used coupons for two croisantwich 1 mdhashbrown 1md coffee for $5.99 and i ordered the cmmd biscuit ssg ec 1 md hashbrown 1 md mocha iced coffee meal $7.49

Terrible Services my husband and I ordered from here from drive through and at first some items were forgotten about once we obtained the items and drove home we noticed there was mold on our chicken sandwich bread. called and tried to speak to a manager she said she couldn't help me without a order number on the receipt I finally found the receipt she hung up on me and wouldn't answer when I called back. The managers name is Maria. I wish I could give no stars worst experience ever.

It's my favorite fast food restaurant. Food is always great and the prices are much better than the competition. Service is always fast and friendly. I have been to many different locations, and they are always consistent in quality

Your scurve/ potholes messed up my car. Owner needs to hire someone to fix the parking lot and put a sign up for people to know there is a curve. Just cost me 600 in damages.Whoever owns this location needs to do a better job at maintaining their property. Sad to see this location so underdeveloped

Apparently, although you order food from other locations through the Burger King app and receive rewards for doing so, this location will not let you redeem your points there. According to the woman at the drive thru window; “If you haven’t ordered food from there then you’re not allowed to get the ‘free stuff’ from there”.I read the terms of service for redeeming points and it doesn’t say any of that. The terms of service state that you can redeem points at any of the Burger King locations in the TERRITORY.Needless to say that I won’t be going to that location again (although it’s the only one on my way to work.)In all fairness I think I should mention that I started redeeming points two weeks ago (only on Wednesday and Friday when I go that way to work) and I would redeem points for coffee, nothing else, and the first three times the lady was ok with me redeeming my points but when she saw that I became a ‘regular’ (which you would think is a good thing) she didn’t like that and said that from now on she will not allow me to redeem my points there.What I don’t get is, if I’m going to get points for ordering through the app then why can’t I use them WHEREVER I want?Regardless, I wrote an official complaint to corporate.We’ll see.

Had a nice nostalgic feel staff was great and I normally am consistently disappointed with burger kings food service. This particular location actually made my food fresh and hot ? very pleased and staff was very friendly.
