Ordered food at 9:06pm for pick up, pulled up to the drive through and get what do you want. Then after the rude interaction with this old Hispanic gentleman. I’m told go wait our front for your food and so I go and wait 20 mins goes by and no one in the drive through but this guy stands around so I go back through the drive through and ask dude hey man where is my food and get told I looked for you and didn’t see you. But I seen him never even check in the front where I parked where he told me to. Then this associate proceeds to tell me to go f myself and not to talk to him. This is the quality of associates Burger King hires? This is terrible not to mention half of my food was missing. Great job ??

I ordered a Double Whooper, I received a Single Whooper that was Clearly Microwaved with the Bread. I whole Reason I go to Burger King vs McDonalds is I want my Burger Grilled.My last 3 times I went here same issue my Burger Not being Grilled and the Whole Sandwich Microwaved. Burning Hot Microwaved Bead. Ruined the Sandwich.Going forward I will not Return to this Location.#Ricks2Cents

I pulled up to the drive thru after making a mobile order, a simple double whopper with bacon and cheese with small fries and a small drink. I spent about 10 minutes before I decided it'd be faster to get my meal inside. Turns out I was wrong because it took the person at the front another 10 minutes to give me my order while also forgetting my drink.After I received my order, I took a bite of my whopper only to find out that it was a single whopper with no cheese and bacon. After waiting another 5 minutes for the person to free up, I bring up the mistaken order and scoffs. I decided to finish my meal only to wait another 10 minutes for my actual order to be finished. The only upside of this experience was the free extra whopper, but after all the waiting, can I really say it was worth it? Doesn't help that the group in front of me came back inside after also getting their order wrong. This place sucks.

Allanah's customer service was very rude. I waited patiently while they made food and when she came to the register she didn't even look my way and proceeded to serve people who came after me and didn't say anything until I acknowledged her even after eventually looking my way. A little respect goes a long way.

Please tell me… when did a large fountain drink increase to $3.00? (2.96) for purposes of accuracy. I realize inflation has affected all food establishments, but come on. We all know the reality and profit margins of diluted syrups.

If I could do a 0 star I would do it. The store hours are 8am to 10 pm. I came at 6:15 pm. Their doors were locked so I walked through the drive thru and mentioned it the Jose who in a very sarcastic manner said well if the doors are locked it's obvious you can come in. I asked if I could place an order through the window, he refused to help. I asked for his name and he showed me his nametag, I went up to him and saw his name, I am fully bilingual so I conveyed the message that I was going to bring his rude attitude and the fact that the store is locked to corporate's attention, in a sassy manner told me "please to say hi for them" and closed the window on me. I understand you could be short staffed and can't have the restaurant opened but you can't refuse drive thru just because you are not in a car. I walked to Walgreens and wanted a whopper. I can understand if the restaurant is understaffed and unable to have the store opened but it should not be discriminatory if you are walking thru drive thru. Jose please remember no customers no job, so if as much as the restaurant needs you, you need the customers, if the restaurant looses clientele, you can lose your job.
