“Last-minute birthday mission for my wife led me to Ms. Jana’s Candy Shop, and once again they delivered AMAZING customer service. ❤
I called to see what time they closed so I could make it there to grab something special for my wife’s birthday. Ms. Jana told me they closed at 4:00, and I let her know I was on my way. She asked what I needed, and I told her my beautiful wife LOVES her caramel pecan rolls.
Ms. Jana said, “Baby, I don’t have any ready, but I can make you some fresh.”
When I got there, I could already tell she was in the back rolling them up fresh just for us. She even let me taste one when they were done 😋 and asked if I wanted a special message written on it for my wife’s birthday.
I told her: “For my sweet wife, Happy Birthday.”
Ms. Jana went above and beyond — typed up the note beautifully and even put everything together in a nice gift bag. On top of that, she made me a sweet treat too!
I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here. Everything is always delicious, and the customer service is always top tier.
