Cash america is a a crooked pawn shop,swindlers they low ball you for your items, then stick a tag on it when you forfit to pick up they sell 3 or 4 times the price you pond item for. corporate office is with everything they do to customers, make sure they count the money out to you or you will be shorten your cash crooks thieves. People need to stop taking any low price for our merchandise..we need to come together shut them down. PROTEST.

There worse than payday loans. They do not take anything that looks used but you bring in BRAND NEW ITEM like PlayStation 5, New pair of Jordans, or in my case Apple Apple iPad (9th Generation) 64GB in Silver. The manger says they base what they give off random people who post online selling the item you are putting on loan. They should be put out of business ?

I’ve had a good experience with all of the workers there except for one new girl she’s been there may be a year very rude she always offered me the same amount for every item I bring in there like I feel that she has a problem with me she’s never smiling she’s very rude and the next time I go in I’m gonna request someone else take my things I’ve been going there for years and she’s the only one I have an issue with

staff is very rude especially Pedro and when asked for assistance by management they were no help and made me seem like the problem i have done business with them for years but since new staff there have been several issues they cater to addicts faster than customers who work i buy and pawn here and this has been the WORST service of my life do not do business here unless you smoke crack i demand to speak with corporate about my issues and their staff ????????

PISS POOR PERFORMANCE FROM OPEN TIL CLOSE. THEY WILL DEFINITELY TRY TO FK YOU OVER!!!! The Shop Manager, Nadia ( if not mis-spelled), pretty much writes the Policy as she goes along. I've been dealing with CA for 15 years and I have never been so mistreated. I'd gone in to purchase a pair of KRK Rokit 6 speakers and Jasmine ( if not mis-spelled) tells me that she "can't allow me to purchase the Protection Plan". Really? Jasmine said, "the item is priced too low for me to buy the plan". Yeah, right. When that didn't work, Jasmine said "this item is 'Aged' so it doesn't qualify for the Protection Plan". I asked to see it in writing and Jasmine replied, " The rules changed since you'd worked here". Maybe so, but they haven't changed since my last purchase less than a week ago when I got a Protection Plan for an Apple Watch, in which the bezel was scratched up. No problem returning the watch, however. One lie after another until Jasmine stepped into the office to chat with Shop Manager Nadia. Jasmine came back and said, "I'll do it for you this time, Amos". Ain't that some s****** Seems that Shop Manager Nadia has successfully produced a Team of fkn Liars and Cheats! Don't bother calling Corporate, either. From personal experience, Corporate nor the District Manager has ZERO INTEREST in helping to resolve Customer Service related issues! I really thought you were cut from a different cloth but you all are proof that anyone can be poisoned. But hey, at best you'll always have a job at "CA$H AMERIKKa". SMH PITIFULL A** PEOPLE COME TO OUR NEIGHBORHOODS AND ROB US BLIND!!!

This situation I am in is outrageous. Today I purchased a Xbox one I paid $215 with tax, I get home try to set everything up but I see the controller that was provided at purchase was a wired controller but did not have the proper cable to connect to the xbox. No problem lucky for me I purchased a wireless controller previously. I get the xbox set up and insert GTA-V into the disc drive, nothing is showing on the screen that a game was inserted, so I press the eject button and the game come back out and I try again, still no luck, I remove the game and it come out exactly how it is put in, now with me knowing about video games I know when you put a disc in it spins around and will never come out the same as it's put in. And was not offered the plan to get refund if item was defective!

Do not go there! I had a cross with necklace stolen from there 9 yrs ago. It was Italian gold and valuable.There used to be a black lady manager and a Hispanic girl stealing jewelry. And this is the way they would fool the customers. The customers would come in to pawn their jewelry and when they returned unknowingly they were not given their original jewelry back. It was replaced with a fake copycat of lesser value. There's people from Sage Crest Apts being ripped off by them. This has been happening for years. If you pawn your stuff and are picking it up, make sure that you have a original picture of what you pawned. You'll need ito show proof, in case u need to call the police. They are theives- do not go there!

I have only been here three times but all three times I have had a good experience. The sales team is very friendly and accommodating. Even better during these very stressful times when I got very bad news and am in the hospital I reached out to their customer service they were beyond helpful and made a bad situation that much easier.
