My wife went there to open account having secured appointment a day before, they were still not able to open the account for her. They are customer service was very very bad towards people of color and most of staff are racist. Most of workers over there are very unprofessional and very incompetent.

Very poor customer service took time off got there just to be told my appointment is canceled and they called but they didn’t when i said I didn’t get the call a rep told me they were standing there when they called me. Had no missed call or voicemail but I didn’t feel like going bck n ft with them.

Poor customer Service. They’re highly racist. literally only one employee knows how to open a chase account. The rest have no clue what they’re doing yet work at Chase.

This branch of chase is racist, incompetent, poor customer service, and RACIST once again. No one working there should keep their jobs. This branch needs to be shut down.

This location has extremely poor customer service. The Bank across the street is much better. Teller seemed to be uninterested in helping. Bank services are also lacking.

Surprised they couldn’t take 10 minutes to help with a name change request since the banker was waiting for a customer to present in 15 minutes but doing nothing else at the time a customer was seeking assistance. Left there feeling like they don’t want to help.

I opened an online account and went in to add someone. I was told I had to make an appointment and come back. The teller manager was rude and completely dismissive. We went across the street to BMO Harris and they opened a new count instantly with no issues. We Even got our debit cards right then. Go to BMO Harris not Chase!!!

I have never had worse service. They never pick up the phone. They have the laziest and most incompetent employees I have ever seen. An employee tried to steal a $400,000 bank wire and got caught. It has been a nightmare to get them to do their job. Was supposed to close a real estate deal on Dec 8th, now Dec 30th and this bank still cannot figure out how to wire $ correctly. My advice is to close any account with Chase and find another bank.

No matter what day it is... The outside ATMs always have an issue both of them!!! They either can't accept checks or there is an error when depositing cash forcing you to get out and go inside to the other atm. The past 3 times i came here the atms could dispense or deposit money... What the hell is going on here?!?!

I came here a little while ago to open a business checking account. Apparently, they are too busy for me and wanted me to make an appointment or go to another location. I'm going to take my money somewhere else.
