This place should not be in business. The machine ate my cash and then broke. It is their fault, but now it is up to me to prove and suffer through crazy process. I had to stand there calling for help just to get a temporary credit. Bank employees were staring at me without offering any assistance. I still don't see the money in my account. I had $2,000 in cash, and now it's gone. I feel robbed and scammed. Chase was the institution I trusted the most, but that trust has been shattered. I can't trust this institution anymore. Apparently, this happens from time to time, and you shouldn't use the machine if you don't want to lose money. Nobody deserve this kind of stress, this just should not happen.

My recent visit to Chase Bank to open a new checking account left me with mixed feelings, resulting in a 3-star rating. Despite being the only ones waiting, the wait time was surprisingly high. It took around 45 minutes before we were called by a banking specialist, which felt disproportionate to the lack of any other customers waiting to be serviced at the reception. Once we were finally attended to, the process of opening the new Chase Checking Account was relatively straightforward. The banking specialist efficiently guided us through the necessary steps. A notable drawback is the parking situation at this particular Chase Bank branch. Situated in the busy area of Fox Valley Mall, the parking lot is consistently almost full, creating challenges for customers. Navigating through the lot often feels like off-roading, adding an unnecessary layer of inconvenience to the overall banking experience.

This place is such a joke. I have been doing something that should be so simple. Having my accounts put into a trust. They keep dropping the ball again and again and again. And there is no way for them. Not me. Them. To call their legal department to check on a status or if paperwork has been received. It all has to be done through email which is not getting done. At the moment the bank has no manager because they're on leave. Someone in training to be a manager is also apparently not ready to take over so there is no one that can help. They simply told me to go to another branch. Do Chase banks not communicate with each other? When I happen to mention some issues with Chase on Facebook most everybody asked what in the heck I was doing with Chase. Not cool guys. You have an important job and you're not doing it.
