IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY DONT COME HERE. Lady with red hair was on her phone and didn’t notice I was waiting AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE. It’s been multiple times this lady has been on her phone so unprofessional.

I live near here. Tried this place several times for various items. Every single time the customer service has been rude and slow. The people working the counter are straight up lazy with attitudes. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to BP. They have kind and attentive service.

Decent location. Looks a bit messy from a gas station perspective but the drive thru for McDonald’s is what we used. Service was fast and easy coming from the outlet mall.

I walked in and there was an over powering smelled as if they mopped the floor with urine. I walked right back out and will never consider coming in again.

Went in a got come Copenhagen tobacco only to find out it's about a year expired. I would think no problem they will exchange or refund my money. NOPE he told me to bad so sad and that I had to leave his store. I asked for his name, business card and corporate phone number and he told he "you get nothing and you have to leave". I left of course but also reported their business to Illinois tobacco regulators. BTW the managers name is Mark. I had to call later for another employee to give me his name.
