Worst store to ever work at the store manager shulonda is a bad store manager she has her Assiants clocking her out while she’s not even at work she sits in the office all day doesn’t greet customers or let associates take their breaks she allows another assistant to sit there and not do anything and district manager doesn’t do anything either just report to upper management if possible and they don’t greet customers

Love shopping here, but they need a new store manager. Came in for my first interview & just looked past how rude she was bc i really wanted the job. second interview i couldn’t handle it, she was talking to me like i was stupid. yelled at me like i was her child. i’m guessing that’s why they’ve been hiring the past year, no employee should be able to treat others like that.

I like the store for my granddaughter when .I want to hurry up and get her something nice and cheap prices are great but you get some sizes larger than your regular size.

Citi trends is under new management not to say the old was bad! The store now have some merchandise on display which is pleasing! The store is clean and well stocked! Just now waiting for their dressing rooms to reopen! Still a good place to shop! Clean and organized still waiting for the dressing rooms to reopen!

Cashier was very unpleasant. I've been here twice: once before the pandemic ever was a thing & then a couple days ago. I wish I could blame the pandemic for poor service during both visits as people are under tremendous stress. However, I can't. Simply put...customer service needs attitude adjustments.

The last few times that I have gone in here; the floor was cluttered with boxes of merchandise that needed to be put away. Also the back wall where the infant clothes are kept; was empty! No clothes for 18 month boy.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!! Newest manager is extremely RUDE. I have no idea how someone could have such little self awareness because she should not be in retail. Terrible terrible service. Do not comehere and if you choose to then good luck!
