They do not have a way to measure shoe size. This would be very helpful as I was shopping with my grandkids.
Their selection is very good and the clerk was very friendly and helpful when I asked if he could open the docks I purchased so my grandson could wear them home.
My grandkids wanted Chucks and they got them!

Completely out of Chuck Taylor 77 in adult sizes. I'm not counting the colors that don't sell. As far as what is in stock, they have the same converse shoes you see at every other shoe store. No need to go out of your way.

I went to this store because I was looking for a pair of low top Converse. I quickly found what I was looking for because the shelves are clear, it's tidy and the sizes are well indicated. I found my happiness and therefore my new shoes. Thank you.

I brought a shoe pair and asked for the other size but the lady there is so harsh and told me no sizes. But the lady who is at billing is good but need to be patience as I asked for student discount she is getting angry to say me no discount

This store always has the worst customer service. Here is a great example of how they disregard customers. They sit around and talk to each other and ignore customers that need help. This happens every time I come in here. Will never buy from this store, I walked out and will get chucks from some place else.
(And no they were not having a team huddle, I was listening to them gossip and chat)

The clerk was busy chatting and not actively helping to answer customers' questions.
The discounts given on Black Friday are not very good. As a brand lover who has been buying converse for many years, this store cannot attract me to buy any products.
