This store is TERRIBLE!! Specifically someone named “city”. I called to ask if they had an iPhone 14 and he told me he can’t give me that information. What?!? I simply called another store and they happily were able to provide me that information so I didn’t have to drive to the store. Stay away from this specific store!! Just awful customer service.

Customer service is the worst and it's not any better in store. Stood in an empty showroom for almost 15 minutes before one guy finally came out of the backroom. Was told by cricket I had to visit a store to remedy an issue with my account only to drive 45 minutes to the closet store to me to get told no gotta do it over the phone. If it wasn't so cheap I'd find different service as this issue has had me being charged for a line I can't and don't use for almost a year now.

Came in to Cricket store to transfer service to Cricket. Showed up close to closing time and Nick greeted us with a smile. He was able to transfer my service for 3 lines and did not mind having to stay after closing time to complete the transfer. He definitely knows what he is doing. And he went above and beyond to make sure the porting was successful. Thanks Nick.

I do not recommend them on Sundays, since during their lunch break they tell you that they have a half-hour break and it takes more than two hours, how irresponsible, with customers, ?

When you’re buying a phone they are helpful but then when you have a problem with phone they don’t like to be helpful and take time to help guide you in the right direction. The manager woman is very rude and unprofessional.

My experience was amazing at this store, great full for the promotions and customer service they were able to provide, Moe is very nice manager and hooked us up with accessories. Recommend at 100% satisfaction.

Came into cricket store to fix my phone nice gentleman named Moe let me know was the tempered glass we were able to peel it off and put a new one on also got a discount on the charger. Thank you cricket.

Excellent service, came in to the store with my phone not working thinking i had to buy a new one. Nice gentlemen named Moe was able to help me reset it within 5 mins. Thank you cricket
