It’s okay, I just don’t like how they have a moving truck you can’t use unless you have insurance from your car. That’s very inconvenient for most of us because some don’t have a car but have license. They need to really change their policy to where it makes sense. Why doesn’t the truck itself have insurance? So right now I have a storage there that has nothing in it untill I can find someone with insurance in there car to come get the truck mind you, I’m very new out here so trying to get somebody to come out here from the city is very hard. This really irritates my soul

Ron made moving very easy for me. He was very thorough and explained the process to me prior to coming into the office on the day of my move in, which made it easy for me to come with all necessary documents. He even went the extra mile to help me start the free moving truck that the company offers. I would recommend this location because of the great customer service.

The management team was amazing. I never had an issue with anything from needing a new lock to getting another unit as needed. I can't thank you enough for making the hardest year of my life alittle easier, knowing all my belongings were safe.
