Customer service is extremely slow and staff seems a little biased if you ask me. And every time you go in, you have to hunt down a cashier to ring you out because they are always hiding doing other task besides being at the register.

You can only leave a voicemail for the pharmacist now, you’re unable to speak with someone live. Prescriptions are backordered for over a week at a time with no ability to speak with someone to know when they will be in stock. Find an independent pharmacy to move to. Respect to the pharmacists, CVS corporate is the problem.

The pharmacy here is ridiculously slow! If you utilize the drive thru make sure you have plenty of gas in your car as you will be there quite a while for even the simplest pick up. Never seem a pharmacy this slow before.

I only come here because it’s what’s my insurance covers but I’ve had them call say my prescription was ready, go and they are out of stock. The wait for drive through is ridiculous! Each car takes like 15 minutes+ got here at 3:35 w 3 cars in front of me and one at the window, now 4:07 and still waiting.

Bought a pair of headphones, and the headphones didn't work so I attempted to return them. I didn't have the receipt or the box, but had the card I paid for it with, and the headphones in hand, along with offering to put my phoje nunber in because I purchased them with my account as well. Store manager was extremely rude and refused to even try and give me a refund/replacement.

Brian at the pharmacy is rude and a typical narcissist. Went to get a prescription filled got everything but one. Metphormine for diabetes. wouldn’t give it to me because my insurance doesn’t cover it. No one said anything about it. If you have good insurance like I do and want to be treated with respect DON’T fill your prescriptions at CVS!!!! Horrible staff and bad people! Brian you should be fired!!!

I picked up my prescription today after I walked my two dogs around the hospital. I love this pharmacy everyone is professional and courteous. Today Madhuri went above and beyond her normal duties. She made me smile and made my dogs so happy. She came back with two dog treats, which had two tails wagging furiously. It was such a surprise I am so thankful for the kindness shown to us. Way to go CVS. and Madhuri

Pharmacy staff very cold, not friendly. Went inside today and instead of a friendly greeting, all she said was "pick up". No smile, no eye contact...just "pick up". Gave the name and as she turned to pick up the scripts I mentioned that some of those medications were discontinued.... instead of acknowledging me, she proceeded to ring up all the meds that I didn't need. When I asked her if she heard what I said, she said she did but she continued to ring it up. I had to stop her and tell her what pills I needed and what was discontinued. She stepped aside to allow the pharmacist to make changes in computer and then she rang up the pills and tossed the bag across counter to me. No thank you, no smile....nothing. Horrible customer service. taking my business elsewhere.

This review is for getting vaccines at this store (e.g. flu, COVID boosters). Milan T. gave us our shots and he is the BEST! He was so kind, professional, and all around cool. My husband in particular has trouble with needles and he had a super positive experience. I made the group appointment on CVS's website, including our insurance info, and we didn't have to fill out a single thing when we got there. I got a record of it with all the details in my email. Totally streamlined. Milan was fast and he filled out our COVID cards afterwards. Wish everything in life went this smoothly. Cheers!
