I have to give Billy, Dani, Armando, and most of the staff from my local CVS 5 stars. I’m greeted with respect and care whenever I walk into the store. They’re never too busy to help me find a product or answer questions. One time, I had an issue with another of their co-workers; everyone approached me and issued their apologies as the mistreatment of my daughter was very, very troubling. Armando led the charge to correct the wrong, and I really appreciate his effort. Thanks again!

I have been coming to this CVS for many years. Billy is an example of truly great customer service - he’s friendly and will drop what he’s doing to help someone. I hope CVS recognizes and appreciates that.
Recently (~week ago) I had tripped in someone else’s parking lot and basically landed on my face. Thought the bleeding stopped but it started again. Billy showed genuine concern and helped me with some towels etc. Thanks Billy!

Had a script written for a young child that has pneumonia. Show up and they tell us they don’t have the script. Call the immediate care back and they tell me, they do have it, it’s in their e-script and was approved at 7:06pm.
Get back in line and they say sorry. We close in 8 minutes, it won’t be ready till the morning..
Come back at noon since I still haven’t heard from them, they opened at 9 and they have the audacity to tell me they close at 12:30 for lunch. I about lost my mind and told I don’t care what they want to do. Get the script. Not giving this place another dollar until they realize customers come before anything else.
Unbelievable lack of customer service.
Go to Walgreen, Jewel or anywhere else.

Not happy with this CVS. The only reason I don't use the Walgreens across the street is because it's harder to get out of the lot. For the 3rd time I requested a refill that had 0. Generally they notify the DR office. I asked for a refill on a Friday, it is now the following Thursday and Dr office says they've never been contacted.
This is for an asthma inhaler, I have no puffs left now, and currently suffering from a upper respiratory infection. So I guess no breathing for me.

I have been to this cvs for weeks, maybe even a couple months, and they haven’t stocked the drink section this entire time. I have a specific drink I get with caffeine and it has been out of stock for a ridiculous amount of time. And every time I ask someone if they know when it gets restocked they say they don’t know or that it’s the drink company’s job. Honestly? Call the drink company then and GET THEM OUT HERE.

How disappointing for a pharmacy to be so unprofessional when they are supposed to be helping people. After calling half a dozen pharmacies, this location claimed to have my son’s medication, that we needed urgently. After not hearing back for 24hrs we attempted to call them, even sitting on the phone for TWENTY MINUTES worth of ringing. Moral of the story, they lied and never had the medication, they didn’t even attempt to fill it, nor could they have taken the time to call and let us know.

Stay away from this particular pharmacy, Bree who works at the pharmacy was very rude over the phone. Very unprofessional and not caring at all about the patients problem.
I never had such a bad experience with any other CVS.

Cvs pharmacy was a joke today, Brian the pharmacist works the pace of a snail and when people are in pain he wants to be immature and act clueless when they have all my info and details .My experience at this cvs was the worst I ever had at a pharmacy. Don't plan on goin back or referral to anyone.Thanks those at Walgreens with better customer service.

This place is atrocious. They never pick up the phone and walked in 3 times to the pharmacy just to find out the status of the prescription. They took 2 weeks to transfer the prescription from another pharmacy and took another 2 weeks to place the order. Its been more than a month now and I still dint get my prescription. I filed a complaint twice to the Corporate still doesnt work. I am planning to move to walgreens.

This location has no issues wasting your time. I waited 24 hours after my dr sent in my prescription to pick it up just to find out that they hadn't even bothered to fill it. You have to call or stop by to pick up your prescription before they will make any effort to do their job. Once, shame on them. Twice, shame on me. I'll be moving pharmacies because why suffer bad service when there are other options. Don't believe the pharmacist Alkesh is sorry when he makes no effort to provide decent service.
