Chicago Premium Outlets is one of my favorite outlets I’ve ever been to, there are various popular brands with great deals and discounts that make you keep shopping all day long, this place is definitely worthy of a visit.

Great outlet mall with a wide selection of stores and good deals. The outdoor layout is nice, but parking can be tough on busy days. Some stores have long lines, and food options are limited. Overall, a solid shopping spot if you plan ahead!

There is free transportation to the Outlet from the Subway station. Good prices, varied offering, clean, the people who work there are very good.

Very good stores, some did not have much variety of products and the discounts were very normal, nothing out of the ordinary in outlets but good locations and excellent atmosphere

I went to Columbia to return a gift I’d received. Not only was it hassle free, they gave me an additional 20% off because the wrong size was shipped.
It was definitely worth the 50 minute drive, customer service was great. You were greeted as you came in and the cashiers greeted you upon approaching the register.
It may seem minuscule however, good (not great) customer service is not seen nor provided often these days.
