I had requested my valve stems to be changed and they assured me they would be. Got my bill of everything that I was charged for, but none of the valve stems were ever changed. Never going back!

I have purchased tires from them multiple times and have been super happy. Yesterday I got a nail in a tire of my new vehicle and they took care of it right away and didn’t even charge me. The free tire pressure check station they have has been great especially when it’s cold. This is my go to for all tire related purchases and repairs ?

Great customer service, people working the front go above and beyond and are very polite and helpful. Was in a rush to pick up my daughter for her last day of school ended up in and out leaving with a beer deal then I had in mind. Will continue being a customer for all of my family vehicles

Overall good people and service, but I had to wait an additional 35 minutes despite my appointment being at 8:30. Whatever the reason was not sure, but would’ve been nice for someone to say why

Had an issue with two tires (not purchased from them) and Discount Tire Aurora happened to be the closest tire shop. Brandon was very helpful and got me back on the road. Coincidentally, our other vehicle needs new tires and I'm buying them from Discount Tire.

Opening the car door and making sure a senior person with physical limitations makes it safely into their vehicle..thats character with quality service. Seller fellers!

Wow… I had an appointment for 3:45 and they scheduled it for the wrong week. They rescheduled it for 4:45 the next date. When I got there on time, the tech went out to check my car in their parking lot, he started talking with someone who pulled up next to my car. After he was talking to him for over 10 minutes, I went out to ask how long it would take, and I was told in a flippant manner that they have up to an hour to start working on my car. If you’re looking for good customer service or are in a hurry, look for another tire company.

I cannot rate this place highly enough. They are always extremely professional and Are able to get customers in and out extremely quickly while still doing an extremely quality job, And today was no exception. I had a tire leak an hour before they closed, and they were able to get me in, fix the core valve seal, and get me back out a little after they had closed. I cannot recommend this crew enough

I had called ahead to see if they were busy, they made sure to tell me they accept walk-ins. I was very happy to hear, I didn’t wanna catch them at a bad time. I had Kyle help me with my tires, pricing, and tire longevity. He was very nice, kind, professional and a very good customer service provider. My experience was pretty good, had to wait an hour for my new tires which is the typical so no complaints. Hopefully my tires will last me!
