In my first visit to a Dollar General, my visit was helped so much by Stephanie. I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I think she may have been the only one working at the time yet despite the line…she stepped away. She quickly found the distilled water I needed (yes, I had looked in the same area for about 10 mins but obviously my eyes weren’t workin!).
She was super friendly, patient and an asset to Dollar General.

Waited in line for 35 minutes to check out just to be told I need a ID to purchase a lighter that is not behind the counter and on display in front of the registers!!!

Always closed whenever I get there. Sometimes it’s 3pm sometimes it’s 6.

Always close whenever they feel like it, it seems. Says they chose at 9pm and it's 8:39pm and doors are locked and store is closed. Should post different hours if you can just close when you want.

The workers are rude, items stocked to incorrect locations so that when you go to pay expecting to pay a certain price it turns out to be another price; when you let the workers know they respond in a rude and unprofessional manner.

They closed 10 minutes early which would be 9:50 I don’t think that’s fair if you close at 10 let it be 10 not 9:50pm ? I wasted a uber coming up here thinking you guys were still open like you normally would .

Great improvement!
Not happy when you show up to shop and store is locked down, with no sign or notice posted. Store needs workers. Usually have to walk around racks of goods needing to be placed.

Store needs to follow the hours posted. They normally close at random times.

The store is so un-organized and the workers are so unprofessional all the isles are blocked with stock and other clutter I almost tripped on the dust pan on the floor as I walked out of the store this store also has it onw hours some days it's open some days it's not

Every time I come to this store the doors are locked before 10pm. Very messy and unorganized store.

This is the 5th time I have gone to this store and they are closed early. The sign says they close at 10pm and they are closed early. There are days they do not open at all. This is ridiculous at this point.
