It is a little bit slow unload process, but overall it’s OK. Overnight parking is not permitted. It’s easy to find easy to park.

Whatever you see for them working slow is true!
I had an appointment for 10.30 am.
Arrived at 9,15 am.
They started with excuses right away. “Too many trucks arrived too early and etc.”
At 12 pm my truck wasn’t touched so checked back in the office. Meanwhile only 1 truck left unloaded.
At the office they said same thing - too many trucks waiting. Asked about following the appointments and he said they follow the arrival order, not the appointments and there will be yet another hour (at least) before they even start working on my truck. And he didn’t even care that today is Friday and I might miss my weekend load. “Call your dispatch” …
12.40 pm - still nothing …
This will be my first and last time coming here!

I come before my appointment they said go to dock number 43 after 3:10 minutes i go back to the office nobody is respond to the bell more than 15 minute they said we will load you now and it will take 2 more hrs also the fork lift drivers are not well trained they very ruff drivers all most damaging my trailer and very slow.
They need good customer service and well trained staff .
Time is gold!!!!
Nb trackers are not wasting their hrs keep in mind guys dsv

I’m not sure about previous negative comments,but i got loaded in 15 minutes . They open at 7 and plenty of overnight parking.

Only reason I gave it 1 star is because 0 wasn’t an option.The company is stuck in the early 50s. To put it kindly; If you aren’t white no way you’ll be right.The management and leadership is a joke. I was at least a decade younger from the youngest “higher up” and I witnessed the immaturity and bully mentality first hand. Coming from what should be grown men.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. Their turnover rate is ridiculous, I would question why when I was first working there, but in all honesty I see why. Proud of all the people who leave DSV, definitely not a company you would like to work for.
