The shoes that I got comfortable, but pay attention to the price , it goes up around 30$ when paying, and I was already tired of trying shoes so I just gave up and didn’t ask many questions.

I have the most horrible experience in this store today. The employee was extremely rude, disrespectful and literally wanted to kick us out of the store because I asked him to get me the size of the shoe I was buying. According to him it’s self explanatory to find the shoe size and he shouldn’t have to do this at the time of closing. I explained him that only read I am asking him to do this is to save time as I understand that it’s time to close.
Please note that we were in and out of the store in less than ten minutes with a pair of shoes for a twelve years old kid. He kept on saying that it’s extremely disrespectful on our part to walk in the store few minutes before closing time. He also locked the door 5 minutes before the closing time. We were out of the store before closing time and he was still yelling at us. Honestly, if I wasn’t with my wife and kid, I won’t tolerate this behavior at any cost. This person shouldn’t be allowed to work in any customer facing business. He told us that his name is Kevin but the receipt only shows employee no. 002590.

Very rude staff, told us we were being difficult since we corrected them when they didn't apply the discount correctly and then told us to never come back, we won't be coming back to this store

Bought boots for my husband and the stitching came out in left then 2 week when back to the store for them to say it’s because the stitching got coughed on something the stitching it’s on top of the boot and they said because there’s a scratch like an inch below the stitching that’s how it happen never buying anything from them again

The staff refused to serve us; in fact, he literally yelled at us, saying, "Use your money somewhere else!" and "Get out of the store! Out! Out!"I'm not sure if this is because we asked about a price match with an online product or if it's because we are Asian. Either way, it was a horrible experience.Ecco has always made comfortable shoes for people, and I love their products. However, this offensive experience has truly hurt my feelings.

The gentleman working was nice; nevertheless this was by far the most disappointing trip I’ve made. 400 miles to find new shoes in size42. The entire store did not have a single pair. Ordering online was what I did NOT want. Trying on and finding a comfortable pair of shoes or two or three was my goal in mind at that price range and it took a year to make that trip. Size 42 - women’s 11 is no longer an odd ball but a common size.

I was buying an online majority or In Trade home I have seen the 1st store of Ecco . Really a co-operative associate in the store . They helped me to find what I was looking for. I am happy to buy from this store.
