The ladies that work in this place are rude and always with a bad attitude. They feel that they are the owners of the place and feel that they are doing us a favor by greeting or treating the client well. They need a good customer service training. And to complete, you ask them to send a certain amount and they send you what they want because they don't want to count cents, you complain to them and their answer is that they didn't think that for a few more pesos one would be bothered. If I want to send a certain exact amount, respect what is asked of you. That is why many times we prefer to go to different shipping locations. Bitter and uneducated.
