I tried to cancel my home insurance the man (Rodolfo) that works there tells me it is cancelled just to find out a week later he hasn’t done it after providing him all the info he needs. Not sure what his actual job is other than being lazy. I had to call a different agent that got it done in 5minutes over the phone.

This place is going down hill.. horrible customer service.
I called to get a quote, the man who I spoke with never returned my call. I called again to know whats going on and the lady who picked up the phone gives me a $200 price HIGHER then what they previously gave me and continues to say the guy didn’t quote me right, so then why do you have people that dont even know what they are doing? and My family and I had NEVER had any issues when we would work with yolanda she knew how to keep her customers. These people are unprofessional and they dont even give you any information about the policy.
Called a different insurance policy and got a way better deal they got straight to the point and didnt have to deal no ones nasty attitude.

The current office staff is horrible! They don’t answer phones! When they do they put u on hold to only end up hanging up on you!😤 Or they take messages that NEVER get returned! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE…,,,,

5/21 on hold bout 46 mins then suddenly got hung up on🤬 went there 544 closed with kids jumping around on chairs n windows🤔

Today I stop by Advanced Auto Parts Feb,29,24 and I was a lot surprised honestly how fast they notice there was two employees and both didn't hesitate to ask if I needed some help I was a little confused of which Antifreeze for my vehicle a PT cruiser and less than 30 sec they said oh we have some right over by the counter ... Awesome not only that the reg price of $22 I only paid $20 for Preston Antifreeze wow I always come upset out the store every other day I have gone I have to ask for help Thanks for helping me out on Feb 29 ,2024 night shift 2 employee I wish I could remember your name but u guys are a team n know how to work together I'm glad

The truth is, it's a failure, the people in that office don't help, they never answer the phone and they don't even give help since the Owner Yolanda and Mayra, the girl who was there, nothing is the same, I hope the Owner pays attention, I was with them for 10 years but they haven't more very bad attitude May bad. This car insurance is just a show, my son had an accident on September 22 and it is December 23 and they didn't pay me for the accident. They just say that they are going to pay and that their lawyers are going to help you but they don't. I recommend be careful. They are very liars

The truth is that the person who answers the phone. It's not nice at all, I think a person with that mode runs people.
