The white guy cashier is really rude and I think he is racist. I asked for a bag and he gave me a dirty look and shakes his head and he was saying bad words. This isn’t the only time he’s been rude to us. If he doesn’t like his job why is he there. A really bad service at this family dollar.

Employees at this location are lazy.
Outside of store is a garbage dump.
No garbage cans. Last week there was a laundry detergent spill on floor for 2 days. And they never check dates in the coolers. Hot dogs expired from may 10th. And milk expired June 2nd ?

To begin with, I had the worst and unprofessional experience working for the Family Dollar Store #12683. I've experienced miscommunication and unprofessionalism with the manager Chris who wasted my valuable time through the interviews, consistent rescheduling, and false communicative pay rate. Its unfortunate to have this person working for the company. Another thing, I experience was the cashier name Joan who wasn't doing her job by training and speaking loudly in front of customers about her personal life. I did not feel welcomed or part of the team. People their are literally running around with their heads cut off. Lastly, it was super filthy and it was so much damage property in every area which can cause a safety concern.

'Were not supposed to reload debit cards' ... then why is this listed as a reload location? Perhaps, my assumption is, that they don't know how to do. When asked is it because the system doesn't work she didn't have answer simply said were not supposed to. Shook her head at me. Bad attitude.
