This is the rudest most unprofessional location I have ever been to. Bill (if that’s his real name) has given me a hard time every time I have to pick up a package. I was first being helped by Mashi Farooqu, who was rude, which is why I asked for a manager/supervisor. Mashi goes to get Bill who is NOT a supervisor. I know that Bill is NOT a supervisor from a previous visit. Every time I have been here, I was told there is no supervisor or manager on duty. Bill took my ID card in the (which is very unusual because he had already pulled up my tracking information and no one has ever had to take my ID in the back with them) back for some strange reason. I asked him why, he stated he needed to show it to a supervisor in order to retrieve my package (never heard of this) AFTER he had just told me there was no supervisor available. This is not my first time picking up a package and Bill helping me, but this is his first time ever taking my ID out of my sight. I don't know if he took pictures of it or what. The employees here make me very uncomfortable. I have had to report them in the past. This may be part of the reason they give me attitude every time I visit. After finally getting my package and I signed for it, I proceeded to grab it and he (Bill) grabbed it as well causing us to pull on it back and forth. This behavior is completely unacceptable and Fedex needs to take action! Everything was recorded on their surveillance as well as on my phone. Eventually, a careless supervisor came out, but he didn’t make me feel any better as a customer. No one at this location that I have came in contact with, cares about the customers and have poor customer service! I wish I can give 0 stars! I also wish my packages didn’t have to get shipped through FedEx at all! If I had a choice, I would NEVER choose FedEx as long as they have bad employees working for their company.

I come to this FedEx location regularly, and every time I leave with the best impression. The staff are always polite, helpful, and professional. Everything is done quickly and efficiently, and the service is consistently excellent. I really appreciate the speed and the great communication — thank you for making each visit a positive experience!

Delivery from 9:14am-10:14am must sign. Isn’t here yet it’s 10:55am. Phone line is a computer that will not let you talk to a person. Tells me now that package will be here by 8pm. How is someone supposed to devote an entire day to waiting for a package with no explanation. I’m working nights and now can’t go back to sleep since I have to wait for delivery to sign. I wish I could say’s this is the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced but it’s just a computer so what would that matter.

If I can give this place a zero I would give it to them.First time here and last, even though is closer to my house I rather drive 50 min to the Plainfield office. Peter at the front desk was rude and unprofessional, I'm a FedEx employee and I was trying to send a package. So when I asked the guy if I can use my employee discount he just looked at me and said well I need your ID so I can scan it, so I was like I always just give the number so you can type it in the system so it can go through and he said ohh well I need to see it to make sure. I was like make sure of what that I'm telling you the truth. First of all how I'm gonna lie and make up a random number if I'm telling you I work for the same company as you. So after all that he ended up saying well I can't give you the discount if I don't see the ID. So I said well I have to make the drive then to the other office facility sense there more professional than you are. And he said ok then. Its sad having this kind of behavior when your representing a company and your the first face they see when you walk through those doors. The Plainfield office staff is so welcoming, professional and really nice.

I missed my package at home even though I did the online signature, I went to the facility where my email said it’s be after 4pm. It was not there but Gabe at the front counter did more than I would expect from him/his position to let me know my options. He even called me later when my package arrived at the facility. Thanks Gabe!

I went to fedex on Commerce Drive and the most rude employee. He was about 55 white male that was bald. I went in first to ask for help with a large box and the employee pointed to the carts and said you can use that. I told him the cart was not big enough and he said nothing.I proceeded to go outside the cart and attempt to get this very long relatively heavier box on this cart/dolly and make it up to the door. I propped open the door with the cart and said to him see the box doesn’t fit through the door it’s too long. I just looked at me and said nothing. I proceeded to kick the box through the door so I could get the box in and he continued to just lean on the counter and said nothing so I finally said, “Seriously, you are not going to help me?” He finally moved from around the counter and picked up the box and propped it up on the counter and said do you have a label? I said no, I have the code to scan on my phone. He had to scan it twice, gave me a receipt and said have a nice day. I said nothing and walked out the door. I was furious to say the least especially because I had such great service a few weeks back from a COMPLETELY different gentleman that had brown hair and a beard. This man went out of his way to help me.I hope you read this review and discuss the terrible manners and service from the white bald man!!!!!!
