The website said it’s open until 9:00 pm we went at 8:20 to make a last minute purchase for a next day run, the personel in the store did not help us at all.
I never going to recommend this place any more.

Came all the way to fox valley mall to pick up an order from finishline in which I am a loyal customer. & the store is locked down. No one is picking up the phone I have an email saying my order was ready for pickup and I get here and the entrance is locked. I've called 5 times after an hour of waiting and still got no answer. After I pick up my order I will no longer be shopping with fox valley finishline

I can always find what I'm looking for and they have a great selection of footwear options. Curtis and Brenda are very nice as well. they are always willing to help you find the right shoe.

I Am FINISH WITH FINISH LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my worst on line shopping experience...... I ordered a pair of Jordans shoes online from Finish line and the pick up was at Fox Valley Mall Finishline I received an email the next day saying that my order was ready for pick upwhen I arrive to pick them up the cashier Jonathan told me a young lady posing as my daughter pick the shoes up I told him I never gave anyone consent to pick up the shoes then I call Customer Service and they told me they will call me back in three days I never received the call I called them back day 4 and I couldn't talk to anyone who knew about the case.......... I am a victim of fraud for $201.88

Nike Jordan basketball shoes have a manufacturers defect 14 days after wearing only 4 times on the court. Store won't help because they say I have to take it up with Nike. Nike says I have to take it up with the store. $130 shoes and I get treated like this. Don't buy Nike and don't trust Finish Line because they contradict their own return policy. They only want sales....not to help the customer.
