visited on February 16, everyone who worked there was very rude and said that the fitting room was closed, it was 5 o'clock in the evening! I do not recommend! I traveled so far on purpose, but I am upset

I want to give a shout out to Arleth. Because of her we left w 5 items instead of 4. My son wanted a specific hoodie , we did not see his size on the rack plus it was hung up kinda high. We asked the nearest employee if they had his size in stock. She did not even bother to check and had a whole attitude like we were bothering her. All she said was "That's all we have" then continued to talk on her head piece regarding a pastry she had ordered. I asked for her name at check out and I was told it was Marlese. I went up to a other team member, since Marlese acted bothered by us, to ask if we could get that hoodie shipped to our house since it was not in stock. She said "Yes you can, what item is it?" We walked over to the hoodie and told her we needed an XL. Not only did she find his size but also grabbed a step stool for her to be able to reach. She scanned the item to make sure it was stocked. She didn't have to do that. I was ready to just order it online. But because of her actions we were able to purchase the hoodie in the store. I work in customer service and she went above and beyond compared to Marlese who didn't even bother to scan the item. Again, thank you Arleth.

Bought a pair of Jordan Stadium 90's in Chicago black/red online. It was the best legitimate price going. I live in Elgin, IL. The shoes left Aurora, IL and I thought I'd have them in 2-3 days tops.. A week later I'm still waiting because the package seems to have gone on it's own epic adventure before coming back to Illinois..
So I'm watching FedEx tracking and from Aurora, it went to LaGrange, IL, then Middletown, CT, Gilead, OH Chicago, Carol Stream, IL which is about 30 min away so maybe they will arrive today?!
Seems like Finish Line needs to revisit how they pull stock and ship product to save time and money?..

Very bad experience, waiting for help for a long time. When we got somebody to help, they asked us what we were looking for and they were gone again. Can spent all of your time in this store just waiting. Would not recommend!!!

I had the worst experience at this store last Saturday. I asked to try on a shoe and the lady told me she would be right out with the shoe but I ended up waiting for 10 minutes just to find out she put it under the register and stoped helping me until I asked another worker to assist me .

The staff are very friendly. They call other stores to check if shoes they have unavailable are available at their store. And if so, they would ask if they could place a hold on it for you.

Very bad service. You can't try on both shoes at the same time. The manager said it was a company rule，I've been buying shoes for over 30 years and I never heard of this policy

When in to purchase shoes and ran into the staff member that goes by JayJay he gave me great customer service but unfortunately couldn’t say the same with the other staff member that was at the door letting customers in she was very rude, let people cut the line and threatened me. Thankfully jayjay helped but i was unable to complete my purchase.

This is the worst shoe store I've ever been to bar none, the attitude of the clerk was very bad, I stood in line and told her I wanted to order a shoe, she told me to wait aside, then came back and I reminded her to order a shoe and she said to get in line again. One of the worst staff ever!
