I scheduled an appointment at the other Firestone by the Fox valley mall. When I showed up and they said they canceled my appointment because they were too busy . They offered to get me in the next day on Monday . I was very upset because I couldn’t afford to miss work and needed my car fixed today (Sunday) . Luckily Ryan the store associate at this location which was only 7 minutes away saved the day .He was able to let me walk into this store without an appointment and take care of my car DESPITE being short staffed with only one mechanic working . His customer service was amazing. He helped me out with a smile on his face . Got me in and out in a timely manner . Applied a coupon without me having to ask or bring it up . I had a great experience here. I will absolutely be back for more business in the future due to this positive interaction I had with the staff member named Ryan !

My upper radiator hose apparently failed spraying my serpentine belt. Cost to fix was over $500. I just had my radiator replaced at this location less than a month ago for over $1400. And they didn’t notice a bad upper radiator hose then? Or perhaps that’s when is was damaged. I’m just disappointed by the initial work. And over $500 for a $50 belt and a $40 radiator hose is ridiculous.
Update: They did offer a full refund after I voiced my dissatisfaction.

Ryan, and Jim. These are the two people you should talk to if you want work done reliability and quickly. I've taken my car here twice, and both times they've made it good as new. I trust this shop with my work whole heartrdly because I know the guys here. Just like their work, they're awesome. Everyone here is amazing, and the best thing I can say is that if you have any issues with your vehicle, bring it here and let them help you sort it out, be it them giving you advice, scheduling your maintenance, or making sure your car stays running, and drive out knowing your care is in skille and friendly hands.
You guys rock! I'll be back if anything else goes wrong, but with all the work that just got done, I'll try not to damage anything. Haha.
