Third time I’ve had 4 tires put on my vehicle. First 2 times no issues. Very convenient and smooth process. This time not so much picked car up and within 20 minutes tire pressure light came on. Dropped of next day to diagnose and was told needs tire pressure sensors at a cost of $80 each. Plus labor to install. Tire sensor light has never came on in the past. I’m aware that they have batteries in them and don’t last for ever but why wasn’t this addressed when tires were off of car. Of I course I denied the extra labor and cost of sensors. What started out as a $500 tire job would now have been over $900. Ridiculous and very un professional way of doing business. Won’t ever get my business again

Just because you book appointment with them, it doesn't mean that you have it! Apparently, I book appointment for oil change 2 days ago, came in time, and the guy said that they can't do it! As the guy stated they have problems with decision making at what time they can book or can not book appointments.They definitely do not care about you! So if you want to be safe, not to drive all the way for nothing? Book appointment with someone else!

The lower cover designed to protect the underside of the vehicle's engine got damaged after I repaired my tire at fox valley firestone. I personally suggest not to go there.

The time shows that the store closes at 8pm in the night but they closed by the time by the time I got there (6:40pm). Just change your time schedule or open the store in the posted time

I came in for an alignment. I had replaced control arm bushings myself the day prior. Before i changed the bushings my car and steering wheel drove straight. After my alignment at firestone my car now pulls to the right. I immediately called the shop back to inform them when the manager told me that my camber is not adjustable. I advised him that it is adjustable as i am a technician by trade. He then asked me to drop it off the following morning so they could check it again. Additionally i was never given a printout of the before and after specs of the alignment. Likely because one wheel was still in the red zone rather than green.

I recently took my car to Autocare for a regular inspection, and while the initial service seemed fine, I was extremely disappointed with what happened afterward. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I noticed that the check engine light, TPMS light, and another warning light were illuminated—none of which were present when I dropped off the car.
When I reached out to Autocare for clarification, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional fee for a recheck. This seemed unreasonable, considering that the issues arose immediately after their inspection. I expected a more responsible approach, especially since these lights were not an issue before I left my car with them.
I value transparency and quality service, and unfortunately, my experience at Autocare fell short on both fronts. I hope they can improve their customer service and take responsibility for the work they perform. Until then, I cannot recommend Autocare based on my experience.
