Run! Don't walk away from this bank. I'm 55 years old and have held accounts with at least ten different banks. This one is by far the worst. Jose Valdez at this location on Broadway in Aurora is horribly. This person who is suppose to be a banker does not return phone calls. I have called him at least 5 times in two weeks with no return phone call. I called Old National Bank's customer service line. I was met with indifference and referred back to Jose Valdez who doesn't return phone calls.

Extremely inconsiderate of all customers, or probably those of a certain nationality. Went out of their way to help others, but when it was finally my turn, didn’t have the decency to approach me to help. Even sent a customer home to get information, left the PC up that they allowed the customer to use, and wanted to wait on her to come back from home as I waited to be helped. Unfortunately, I have to say something about this because this is the poorest customer service I have EVEr experienced. If you have other busy to attend to, don’t come here!

I can't wait to close my account not only do they allow other atm banks to charge you a withdrawal fee but they also charge you as well unless it's one of there ATMs

I have a personal and a business checking account here, and it is a good place to have both. The business account is $15/month with no minimum balance...worth it to accept checks in my business name. The tellers are nice, and I am able to go in and do my business without hassle or long wait times. I had an issue with my debit card not being sent to the correct address, and they were more than accommodating. If you are looking for a regional bank, this is a good choice. *EDIT 6/30/15* I had a fee added onto my account and they were very helpful in explaining everything. Good business practices. Upgrade to 5 stars!

If I could give 0 stars I would. When they came and bought out our bank, they screwed every customer over. They charge for everything you do, and the customer service people are rude. I switched banks. First National Bank is 1000 times better and the people are actually nice there. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone.

Bank merger going bad for one customer so far. Called Monday March 14th. Online account is showing the wrong payment amount for my past mortgage payments. After going through everything I'm put on hold for a long time. Call center person tells me they need to investigate and call me back. No call back Called Tuesday morning. Explained everything again. Asked who I talked to, asked if I had proof that I made the payments I said. They reached out internally to the person I talked to and I was told they would be contacting me. No call back. Called Wed 6PM Explained everything. While on hold for 10+ minutes something happened and my call was dropped. I was on my cell so good chance it was the issue. I called right after my call disconnected. Talked with Jessica. Again same line of questions. She puts me on hold, comes back after 3-5 minutes. I'm sorry there is nobody in the department that I need to talk to available as they've gone home for the day. Expressed my extreme displeasure in how my account is being handled and how it really stinks that 3 business days have gone by since my first call in which i was promised a call back. No resolution. Really stinks. There's hope that Jessica will call me back. We'll see. If that happens I'll improve my rating.
