Incredible Service and Expertise at Fitness Factory – Naperville
I had a fantastic experience at Fitness Factory while picking out a full rack Smith machine, bench, and leg developer attachments. Matt, the manager, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through my options, answer all my questions, and made sure I left confident in my setup.
His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find someone who clearly cares about the customer experience as much as Matt does. Highly recommend both the Naperville location and working with him specifically.

Such a great experience! Matt was amazing. Very welcoming, honest, and no pressure. We purchased an upright bike as well plates weights) for our basement gym. If your looking for great price, knowledge, and no hassle, the Aurora location is the place to go to.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I bought a functional trainer for our home in January. All employees are super nice and helpful without being overbearing. They are also easy to talk to if there's any issues. We always go to fitness factory in Aurora for equipment.

I worked with Matt and Dave to build out my basement to be a workout room. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They got me what I needed to have effective and safe workouts. I absolutely love all the equipment. If you’re looking to get a home gym, I cannot recommend this team strongly enough!

Initially service was great, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Purchased a treadmill and scheduled treadmill for delivery. Received a call from the delivery company the day of delivery that the warehouse couldn’t find my treadmill. I attempted to call the store for 2 days, leaving messages with no return calls only to finally learn the treadmill is out of stock with no hopes of restocking. They didn’t apologize for the issue or offer any remediation.
