Selection and prices are great. But what puts them over the top is the amazing customer service. I received assistance from many people, but especially Jalen and Jocelyn. So helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I wish I’d known about this place before starting any home renovation work. They have such a wide selection here that it beats browsing online. Here you can actually see and feel materials before committing to purchasing and installing them in your home. The employees are the cherry on top. Several employees offered help and took the time to explain answers to my plethora of questions. I can’t wait to come back!

Working with Jalen and Bill was a great experience. They had immediate answers and were very knowledgeable. We felt taken care of and that we got the best flooring and tile for our new home!

Awful experience. I bought a. Pallet of ceramic tiles that was reduced 20%. Not a lot but it was the number of tiles I needed plus an extra. They had to load it by forklift. This took them 30 minutes with one person waiting when I got to the dock. The first two i unloaded were fine, the third one seemed to have some scuffs but not deep. The next one had deep scratches. Totally useless. I went back with the rest hoping to ex change the bad ones. Haha. I'm use to shopping at Menards. They had to call a manager. He told me that they couldn't exchange them because the ones I bought were damaged!!! I had to bring the tiles back in and exchange then for new ones at a new price. I asked why the sign did not say they were damaged and why no one told me....I got only a blank stare. I have done dozens of remodels and never experienced such poor customer service. I will NEVER shop here again and NEVER reccomend these bozos.

Gavin was super helpful! He greeted me when I entered the store, helped me find the product I was looking for, loaded it up and brought it to the checkout. He even helped load it in to my car! Excellent customer service! Thank you Gavin!

I have an account with this company and I go into a lot of the locations on a regular basis to buy materials for my Contracting company.
Out of all of the locations, I found that the people who work at this one were super friendly, very helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. Everybody was in a good mood, and everybody was looking to help; which I thought was terrific. Keep up the good work guys.

Good selection, but I was completely disappointed that nobody I spoke with could answer my questions definitively. After posting my three star review I was contacted by the store manager. He answered all my questions thoroughly and said he would rectify the situation with the employees. I believe he will, and he was a pleasure to talk to. So not they get 5 stars, wich I believe in doing if people take the time to rectify problems.

Beth and Steve (at separate times) gave us outstanding service and were very knowledgeable. We were not enamored of Floor & Decor after visiting a different location, but these experiences were like night and day. Everyone here is very friendly, but Steve and Beth have converted us to loyal customers. I have to give a shout out to Darrell as well- friendly and a professional.

This is our fifth visit to this location and every time Darrell has assisted us. He is so awesome. He is the most wonderful positive super employee that Floor & Decor could ask for!
