I called the Fossil Aurora store to see if I could purchase a watch band replacement. I spoke with Katie and she was so patient, professional, personable, and helpful on the phone. Not something you experience regularly when you’re shopping today. Fossil, has a true superstar in Katie.This experience, will draw me in to make a purchase at the Fossil Aurora Outlet, next time I’m shopping in the area.

I went to the outlet mall looking for a new watchband for a watch that was gifted to me from my stepfather who recently passed away. I couldn’t believe when I went to seven different places and nobody sold them. I finally walked into Fossil and Katie kindly told me that they did not sell them, but I could order one online sent to my house. She showed me how to take the old watchband off and then said she was going to measure it so I would know what size to order. A minute later, she came back with a new watchband on it and asked if I liked it. I told her it looked great, and she told me she wanted to gift it to me in memory of my stepfather. I was completely blown away with her kindness. She explained that they don’t sell them, but she was happy to do this for me. I will definitely be going back in the future as they had a great selection of very fashionable watches at very reasonable prices. And their customer service can’t be beat. Thank you, Katie for making my stepdad‘s gift even more special!

Excellent customer service at the Chicago Premium outlet in Aurora you guys get all Stars!The store exceeded my expectations. It was clean, neat and organized. Let me give some high praises to Hadassah/ Katie. They are the face of Fossil, warm and inviting. We were greeted with cheerfulness,we were made aware of all the current promos and we enjoyed our shopping experience so much it was like hanging out with friends .
I worked with Hadassah, she was so patient and made awesome recommendations we looked at watches which we loved so we brought two them, I need a new battery for my old fossil watch so while I was waiting we started checking out the 80% off deals which was a win 2 wallets add on as well .

Kate and Jamie were excellent!! We went in to see how we could fix my daughter’s watch and some how Kate performed some magic and got the clasp working! She did it all with a smile on her face and was so kind and thoughtful couldn’t have asked for anything more! They saved the day for my daughter’s birthday tomorrow and fixing her favorite watch!!! Thank you Kate and Jamie I owe you a million!!!

Just hung up the phone with Jordan regarding an ongoing issue with a bag purchased from fossil online 2 years ago. The care and concern she showed is at a level I have not seen in a long, long time. She listened attentively, showed empathy for my issue, and offered several ways to rectify the problem, which is more than I can say for the customer service department at Fossil's 800 number! I am blown away by her sincerity and professionalism, and will be making the hour long trip to her store just for this reason. Give this woman a raise!
