Great place to workout. Lots of equipment. Recently replaced multiple pieces. Looks like they're making more of an effort to put like machines in the same area. One thing wish they would get the same hack squat as the one at Prisco. Hint Hint

Great place to work out! Love how they have a separate room for the Olympic weights. They need to add more ab machines. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean. Always enjoy spending my time here for a great workout. Love how theirs a fieldhouse with punching bags!

Great experience this past year. Through Nic's training I lost 23 pounds! I am a senior citizen and happy with my results.( So is my doctor.) I have medical issues, and he helped me adapt at home. Thank you Nic!
