I wanted to find out about getting the soles on my boots reglued (which were only slightly coming apart and could easily still be worn), and before informing me of the price and timeline so that I could agree to the work, he started completely ripping my boot apart so that I wouldn't be able to wear them and would have to give him my business. I told him I wasn't going to be able to wait two weeks and asked him to return my boots to the condition I brought them in. He claimed they were already unwearable, even though he was the one who literally ripped them apart right in front of me and my family, and he said I was "just trying to blame someone else".

I took my husband‘s leather work shoes here they had salt all over them. He had them cleaned and looking brand new promptly. The owner is an honest guy, very reasonably priced, and does a fantastic job.

I wanted to thank Martin for doing a Super Professional repair job to a pair of expensive Italian patent leather knee high boots. Not only did he source difficult to get repair parts particular to these boots but he improved on the original shank install from the factory. He documented with photos and showed me the parts he replaced !! His workmanship was Beautiful. I felt like I had my Italian sports car repaired by a true old school mechanic. I only give good reviews to people who have earned them. It was a difficult first repair for me by him. I already brought him more work. Unlike a lot of other shoe and baggage repair places, he backs up his work. Really impressed with him. All you ladies out there, this is your guy for your high end stuff !! Thanks again Martin.

Took in my boots and sandals the owner was extremely honest and the price was very affordable. Did not take as long as I was expecting. Definitely go check him out. My shoes look like new!

Had a 7 year old pair of Ariat boots where the back heels were wearing away. Took it in for repair at a reasonable price, and it looks great! I am very happy I could extend the life of these boots.
