I love Foxmoor!!! They know my dog the minute I walk in, and we always feel welcome. We love our vet as well, who takes the time to talk with us and answers all questions we have with patience.

Poor excuse for a Vet. I've had many dogs in my life, some better and some worse than the dog I have now when it comes to the doctor. Since moving, this is the first dog I've taken to Foxmoor and it will certainly be the last.
Hes still a young dog not even done growing yet. The doctor is still relatively new to him as hes only been to one a few times now. As some dogs do, he has anxiety coming to the vet. Instead of try to comfort him, make him feel safe, or be patient, their first answer was to dose him up with anxiety medication. I regretfully tried that and when it didn't change anything, their next answer was to sedate him.
I find this to be an absurd answer. You mean to tell me that every time he needs any form of treatment you want to dope him up and for the rest of his life no less?! Foxmoor initially recommended the drugs for a simple nail clipping. The ante was upped this last visit when recommending a full sedative to give him heartworm medication.
I am happy to say that I have already found a place that can clip his nails with absolutely no trouble and without drugging my dog. He even enjoyed his time there, believe it or not. I fully intend to prove this place wrong again and hopefully reform how my dog thinks of the vet by finding a better one in the process.
There were many other things that rubbed me the wrong way about this place but what I mentioned above is what warranted me leaving. If you love your pet and want an enjoyable and pleasant experience for both you and them, do NOT come to foxmoor veterinary clinic.

Always have a great experience going here! They are cheaper than a lot of other great vets. I use to use them for when my vet was full but now Foxmoor is my cats primary! The staff is very caring and friendly. I love that I can text them to set up appointments or ask questions. So convenient! They also always have openings within 24 hours. I was use to waiting days or even weeks before at other vets. Will continue to come back. Plus, they love to see Apollo!

DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. The availability is absolutely terrible. The actual doctors here are a revolving door. Karen, the manger, embellishes their practice as a boutique style office to hide the fact that there is no staff. The last veterinary I saw was completely condescending and shamed me for giving my dog treats. I have big dog breeds and the vet was visibly annoyed at my husky’s antics as well as my German shepherds apprehension of her. One of their technicians accidentally gave my shepherd one of her vaccines early because she misread her chart. Beware of their paw plans, they sell you on them immediately and conveniently forget to tell you- cancelling them will come at a high cost, thousands! I paid 230$ for the last year, monthly, for these paw plans and its been nothing short of a headache trying to get in, get prescriptions, or even get good customer service on the phone.

W started here 6 years ago and liked it for our 2 dogs. My one dog has Addison's and has to come in every month for an injection. Over the past few time they continued to increase fees and add on things like a 7$ OSHA fee... The increases on the medications were insane. For one of the medications they charge $1 per pill and you can get it from Chewy for 20 CENTS. On top of that they said my dog needed to be sedated to do blood work while Safford Vet in Yorkville had 0 issues. This establishment doesn't care about keeping you or helping you they only care about your money. The final conversation we had was me saying i couldn't afford to take pay what they wanted. I was immediately told to go somewhere else they will send over the records.

I recently had my dog Jameson in for shots and grooming. The staff was friendly and took great care of my dog. The staff respected my busy schedule and was able to work with me to find the best appointment.

Very frustrated with how they run their office hours. This is the second time I have left work early to pick up medication according to their online hours and when I get there they have closed two hours earlier than what it say online. There is a sign on the door that says “Today’s hours are”, and it can be erased and changed daily. What kind of business changes their hours every day and doesn’t go according to what is posted online for their hours? How are customers supposed to know when they can pick up medication? Now my dog is going another day without medication. Maybe more days because I have no idea what their hours are. I find it ridiculous that I have to call every day to get that information. It is very disrespectful to your customer’s time. We will not be returning after I finally get this round of medication for my dog.

Fees are ridiculous. Quality of care is fine but, $20 convenience fee for a rabies tag is outrageous. Compared their fees to other vets in the same area and foxmoor was way overpriced.

I was traveling through the area for work when my dog began vomiting and acting strange. Someone recommended Foxmoor Vet to me and I’m so happy they did! I was able to get a same day work in appointment, which was fantastic. From start to finish, Doctor to technicians, everyone was so kind and helpful. Thanks to everyone involved for getting my girl on the mend!
