What more can I say about Santiago and his team other than AMAZING!! I first used this company last year to do some flooring and carpet in my new townhome. I contacted Full Moon and they came out and took measurements and gave me a quote , price , and start date . They showed up on time , kept me updated on the progress and even disposed of the materials. I was more than pleased with the work they did so I used him again for helping me transform my townhouse.Santiago and his team returned to install new bathroom cabinetry , toilets , and fixtures and the service was great and they did a great job!!!This past week I decided to complete my bathrooms and get new new bathtubs and tile installed. Santiago went with me to pick out the material and supplies needed and even picked up the things for me. Him and his team gave me a 3 day turnaround time to complete two bathrooms and I was in complete amazement with the finished product.If you are looking for a one stop shop Santiago and his team are the way to go!! They are hardworking , detailed , timely , and reliable. I would give them 5 stars ⭐️

Santiago and his team worked endlessly to get the job done . I can say first hand they were at my house until 9pm some nights . He was honest and reasonable with pricing. The work was outstanding as you can see here in the pictures and video . He is extremely friendly personable and flexible and creative . If you can’t think of a solution to your problem he absolutely can . He has done a lot of remodels for our family and we trust him completely!! Thank you to the him and his wonderful team !!

Santiago and the team went above and beyond. They were professional and delivered an amazing finished product. The work was completed on time as promised. We are thoroughly pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail given to each project. Carpet, tile, and vinyl flooring were installed throughout the entire home. Vanity cabinets were painted, faucets and toilets were installed, and crown molding was hung. Needed to get bathroom floors done. Santiago turned up, took measurements & gave a quote. We sealed the deal & agreed on a date for installation. He ghosted us -didn’t turn up, not taking calls & not responding to texts. Plz believe the other negative reviews & do not work with this contractor.

Santiago is 1 stop shop for all your needs. I got a new home with so many repairs to do. Plumbing, carpet change, patio door install, painting, ceiling fans, wire closet etc. Santiago and Alejandro was able to do everything with always smiling face with any random thing i ask. For a new home owner he was patient and very helpful.Services: Install flooring

Santiago reached out to schedule a site visit for the next day. We agreed upon a time and he never showed up, never called, never responded to my messages. The good news,there are several other contractors that eagerly wanted my business for drywall, Paint and flooring. They must have needed the $24k and Santiago didn't.

Set up a time for an on-site visit and Santiago never showed, called, or responded to messages. I stayed home from work for this and was a no show.
