I had a very bad experience at this location a couple of days ago. The supervisor/manager was extremely rude and kept arguing about applying a discount. I provided a valid discount code that could be used both online and in store, but she refused to apply it without any reason. I was prepared to spend over $150, but after such poor treatment I left without making a purchase.
I’ve been a GAP customer for many years. While I typically shop online, this time I chose to visit the store — and I truly regret it. After this experience, I will continue shopping online and will not return to this location.

I had a terrible experience at the Gap Outlet in Aurora. I arrived at the store around 5:30 PM and spent nearly 30 minutes choosing my clothes. When I went to the fitting room at 5:52 PM, a staff member named Claire (who identified herself as the team manager) informed me that the store was closed and that I could no longer try on anything. This felt extremely unfair, especially since I had been shopping for a long time before that.
I understand that stores have closing procedures, but it would have been more reasonable to allow me to try on the items I had selected. This kind of management not only reflects poorly on Claire but also represents terrible business for the owner, as it ultimately leads to lost sales and dissatisfied customers. I hope management can address this issue to ensure a better shopping experience for future customers.

While in the store, I had a bad experience with a very rude customer...it was an honest mistake on my part. The store employee put the blame on both of us and then continued to argue with the customer for a full minute while I just stood there waiting for service. The whole situation made me very uncomfortable. Gap Factory just lost a customer. I won't be shopping there in the future!

Posting this 8:05pm must of heard I'm sorry but we're closed like 8 times had to tell the young lady "I get it" but we're shopping and we were already at the register instead of pushing your customers out anything I can assist you with to help them get out in a timely matter recognize good customer service vs service that will make customers not come back retail is retail don't like it don't do it.

Not bad for an outlet store. Some workers were pleasant others 'just worked there' and you could tell the difference. Prices were decent.

We mostly visit the gap factor in Chicago premium outlets it is good. But when I went to return the items which doesn’t fit me properly so they didn’t refund the amount back to my bank account and gave a gift card which disappointed me.
