I was dealing with an issue with my laptop. I met with Areeb in GeekSquad and he got me all sorted. Extremely well spoken gentleman and walked me through the process eloquently. Very blessed to meet this kind young man, and he really helped me out with my laptop. 100% recommend GeekSquad to everyone, and if you can, meet with my man Areeb.

Complete waste of time...the back of my iPhone cracked and I wanted to get an exchange so I made an appointment. An employee Bruce reached out to confirm my appointment and informed me my phone would be there in several days for me to pickup and that I would be able to use my current phone. I get to my appointment at 11:20 am and he’s gathering my info for about 45 min and let’s me know to come back in another hour due to a restriction on my device (completely understandable) when I come back an hour later he goes back on the computer and says that I can no longer get a new phone without sending my current phone. He calls someone else over to explain to me that they can’t give me a new phone without sending mine out. If Bruce would’ve told me that from the start it would’ve saved me time, gas, and a major headache.

Great experience, worked with Markus for several device problems...2 dead laptops, 2 cameras with issues, camcorder tape transfer issues and cloud support. He's awesome! Delivered on everything, and we now have 2 working laptops, 2 working cameras, know how to transfer our old tapes and which cloud to use. Couldn't be happier. Thank you, Markus!! :)

This is a difficult time to replace a desktop computer due to an extreme lack of inventory, but Best Buy had one that will meet our needs and then some. I hesitated on the purchase a few days and lost the sale price but was able to get the last one in stock of what I had been looking at. That said, my purchase was made with the help of the Geek Squad tech manager (if I remember correctly!) Cielo R. and the experience was a pure delight! This young lady was well versed in all aspects of the specs on the chosen model and very specifically answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the product. It was so refreshing to talk with a sales person in a computer/tech department that actually knew the product in depth and new what she was talking about! My experiences with the Geek Squad over the years has generally been very good but this purchase experience with Cielo was outstanding! The #310 Aurora store is now my go-to location for top service!

I have used Geek Squad twice. First time they delivered an oven. They turned on the oven and told me to leave it on for 20 minutes. They left the instructions in the oven!! I forgave them because they gave me a $300 gift card for the huge mistake. So I tried to buy a TV to get it installed. The first time they brought it they DROPPED IT. Then they hung it on the wall anyway saying they don’t deal with the returns and I have to go to the store to schedule an exchange. It took 3 weeks for them to agree to an exchange. When they replaced it the tv they brought was broken from the start. So now I am waiting for a third time for a TV to replace the one that has been broke on my way for months, and they never showed up. Never use Geek Squad. Never

Terrible experience extremely unorganized I paid the geek squad over six thousand dollars and got nothing but the run around, lies, and by far the worst customer service. I spoke to Best Buy over 14 times and could never get a definitive resolution to the overbundance of problems I was having with my order every single Best Buy rep would give me the same response which was “Will Have Someone Call You Today” I was even told this by the in store managers and I had to even get the attorney general involved. The initial geek squad in house consultant was quick to charge me for services and material and that was it. After that I attempted to contact him on multiple occasions through the cell phone number that mind you he gave me and I got nothing. Completely irresponsible and unequivocal dereliction of duty. If you are planning to spend money on any type of geek squad services my advice from hands on experience with these people from the in home consultation is to proceed with extra caution because once they have your money not even there corporate office will return your call it’s almost felt like I was living in a 3rd world country up against totalitarianism were I stand no chance. Save your self a unnecessary headache and get well informed on who is coming into your home or pay them after the services are rendered. Because I should have been treated like any customer deserves I spent over 60 grand in the AURORA BEST BUY location on multiple transactions that Ive done with them and will never ever spend another dollar of my hard earned money with these people again. Trust me if you give somebody thousands of dollars and they’re not returning your calls you’re gonna regret letting my admonition go unheeded.

DO NOT COME HERE
I brought in my surface pro 3 for a reset and now it doesn't work. The workers tried to deceive me at every turn. It still worked it was just getting a little slow, and now it doesn't work at all. I am so angry about it and they will not do anything. I urge you do not go here. Never getting my business again.
