Satisfied with their service and communication.
About a month after my repair was done, I discovered that there was a little added damage that neither they nor I saw initially. The manager was very accommodating and took care of the issue swiftly.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, simply based on the customer service the manager provided.

Took 6 weeks to do a job that was supposed to be 2 weeks. Went OVER on my rental car by $400, which I HAD TO EAT, then the work starts falling apart! So now what? Take it back for repair and get another rental? You're kidding, right?
Shame on All-State for recommending this company. Paid my deductible, plus some, due to their poor workmanship

My husband’s car was hit recently so we got it repaired at this shop. They did a fantastic job! Awesome communication and very friendly staff members. Very happy with the car and the experience.

I've been back 3-4 time for the same piece they said they supposedly replaced. Now I'm being told it has nothing to do with them. The back hatch was supposed to be brand new and I had water leaked heavy inside my door and now inside the hatch door light. Like this is suppose to be a simple job for them. But they got my back there taking care of me right....... wow this is ridiculous. I recommend you don't come to this one. Or they need new management. Cause your just rushing jobs and that's not fair especially when it's paid for

I was recommended this shop by my insurance to get an estimate for my car. The estimator took all of 2 minutes to look at my car and I felt like I was being rushed out the door because she had other meetings and clients to attend (as if I wasn't a client). My appointment was at 8am, I got there at 8:05am, the estimator was late and got there at 8:10am, and I was back home by 8:15am with my drive back to my family that I was visiting being about a 4 minuite drive. I told my insurance that I wasn't sure if they did a really good look because there was significant damage to the trunk she didn't even bother opening to look at. I think the insurance called the shop because I got a "lovely" phone call the next day where the estimator said I didn't know what I was talking about and that my car was completely fine and safe to drive.
I then took my car to another Gerber shop who at one glance of my opened trunk deemed my car unsafe to drive, this was after I had driven that car from Illinois to Florida where I actually live.
I'm not saying these people don't do their job, but don't put your trust in this place.

Bad communication between shop and insurance. The app was showing my car was in repair when actually it was pushed to the side. I had personally went to the shop, then called to find out what was going on. The shop said they were waiting on the insurance, and my insurance said they were waiting on the shop. At the end, the shop had forgotten to send the second estimate of the cost of the car. At the end, after more than two months, my cars was a total lost.On the past, this shop had done a way better job communicating with the customer. This time it was really bad.Is very unpleasant to be in the middle of two business doing their job, to get to communicate with each other! Is horrible to make a call to the insurance and find the proper person on the phone and then had to make them call the shop to find out that a single paper wasn't sent, after weeks of dropping the car.

Please never take your vehicle to this shop. Nor to any Gerber collision anywhere. Not a trust worthy shop and not a trust worthy company.

Top shelf all the way! Mitchell and Susie explained entire process. Seamless flow between Farmers , Gerber and Enterprise and my car was ready two weeks early! I’mBlown away ! Thank you so much !

Terrible service. Used this location for years with multiple situations. They used to be run really well, but the staff turnaround is insane and they can't seem to get it together. I recommend finder somewhere else. I know I will.

Huge thank you to Eduardo for the thorough exam for my car. I went to a different gerber location previously and they did not put the time or effort into looking into every small detail after my accident. Eduardo took his time, very detail-oriented, and great at communicating the next steps to get my vehicle repaired. He was even so kind to tape my bumper that was falling to the ground due to my accident until i’m able to make an appointment to get it fixed.
