Worst haircut I have ever got. This was my first experience at this place. The lady(one of the two, short height) rushed thru in 5-7 mins without listening to what I told her. I realized that she messed it up and then did not show hair on one side of back in mirror. I asked her to show the mirror at the back and politely told her that she has cut too deep on one side. She started saying you guys are always unhappy and by complaining hair are not coming back. She was so rude and no regret of any mistake. I wish I had read other reviews about similar behavior by her then I would have never gone there. I would absolutely not recommend going there and give negative rating if possible. Covid has taught us better haircutting skills than this place! Don’t go there.

Literally the worst haircut experience we’ve ever had. I brought my 6 year old daughter in for her back to school cut and both ladies who worked there did not say a word the entire time. We weren’t greeted or smiled at. They looked so angry and mean and grumpy. My daughter had a cut bob that needed trimming and evening and instead The woman who cut my daughter’s hair gave her a mullet. She said it was DONE and I asked her to fix it because it was clearly cut horribly wrong and she tried again but it still looked horrendous. I had to go home and recut her hair to try to fix the chop job she did. These women should not be working there. The atmosphere felt depressing and super dark. I’d give negative stars if I could.

They repeatedly removed our name from the waitlist without explanation, and when we asked about it, the staff responded with extreme rudeness. The lack of basic courtesy and organization was frustrating and unprofessional

I have been there twice. I had Debra the first time and will go back because of her. I will sit and wait for her.
The second time I went Debra was off. I had Dana. She would not lower the shampoo chair for me. I am disabled and had a difficult time getting into the chair. I told Dana I am disabled and need the chair lowed. She did not lower it. She was in such a hurry doing everything! Which made me anxious. If it wasn’t for Debra, I would not have gone back!

Terrible service, The hairstylist had no basic manners of making the toddler comfortable and she was grumpy and rude. And when I left her No tip, she had the audacity to say woooow you have left me no tip. such a terrible salon experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff was unprofessional, and the stylist who cut my hair did not listen to what I asked for. I explained the style I wanted, but she rushed through the haircut and didn’t seem interested in understanding or following my request. It felt like she was in a hurry to finish and send me out rather than provide good service. I’m very unhappy with the result and won’t be returning.

Had signed in online but since the 2 ladies inside had to celebrate mothers day they conveniently deleted my checkin and said the computer deleted it although i was there way before given time....very rude and unprofessional staff

I'm giving this 1 star only because I couldn't get this review on here without any stars. Worst Great Clips experience ever. I have been a Great Clips customer of several different locations for years, I have never been treated so rudely and rushed out the door before my visit to this location. The person that cut my hair lied to me about charges also. I will never go back or promote this location.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was extremely arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. The person doing my hair didn’t even bother using their hands without the trimmer—just rushed through everything like they didn’t care at all. On top of that, asking for a tip before the service even started? That’s not just unprofessional, it’s downright rude. Worst of all, there were clear signs of racist behavior—treating some customers with respect while completely dismissing others. Definitely not a place I’d ever return to or recommend to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Just had my haircut and the place smells like sewage really bad. Been here before and they didn’t have that problem. Probably a broken pipe somewhere. Need to get this issue fixed as it is bad for the workers and people.

I would give zero stars if possible. This is my second visit at this location. There are two ladies one tall and one short. The short lady is very rude and she didn’t even ready to listen what kind of haircut I want. The first thing she told me when I got there was “I have no time, tell me fast”. It’s around 6:45 pm and they close at 7:30pm and no one was waiting after me. She was very very hurry and messed up my hair and got me out by 7:00pm. The worst service and the very rude lady there. I never recommend this place.
