Been getting my hair cut here for years. The app makes it easy to check in before you go, I rarely have to wait at all. I usually go with whatever stylist is available. I have never not been satisfied with the haircut.

Had to go to this great clips after 9 years at another one due to job change and hours. I was so nervous walking in there. An older Asian lady cut my hair. After yanking on my hair hurting me I asked for leave in conditioner. She gave attitude. I asked for bangs cut and thinned out. She only cut them. I asked her to thin them. She gave attitude. She blow dried my hair banging on my head. I have curly hair. I asked for a diffuser. She said we don't have one here. Since when does a salon have no diffuser. Went to pay I complained about the service, she replied go back to your other lady at your other great clips. I walked out without giving a tip. I was horrified at her treatment will never go back there!

I went at store around 7:10 pm for a hair cut and beard trim I meet employee name Beth she was the one who cut my hair I show her picture of hair cut that I want she said she got it and start cutting my hair she only use one tool to cut my hair an beard at the same time she did not set my beard how I explain her and for hair I was looking in mirror to see if she’s doing right and she stop me and said I know how to cut hair so stop looking into mirror. That’s so rude. She was also smelling strong smoke smell I did not said anything about it. When I got done with hair cut it was not done as I want so I did not tip her she came to my car out side and give me receipt and also said that you don’t know how to tip a employee basically she was asking for a tip never seen this anywhere else to other hair cut shops I will never ever go back at this place. Very disappointed with great clips costumer service.

I came in for a simple trim. I asked for my bangs to be cut below my chin.
I also asked for the back to be trimmed I asked her to show me exactly what she was going to cut it was nothing like that at all tapered my bangs and I stopped her and said I didn't ask for that I just wanted them cut below my chin and she said oh well I'm just blending them. I said I didn't want them blended, and she gave me a foul look.
The picture shows exactly what the below my chin trim looks like. I have almost fallen three four times today luckily, I had my nurse with me today and I did not fall however I'm going to have to buy silly barrettes and pin my hair down so that I can see to walk.
Very disappointing. Not even close to what I asked for, nor did I need to hear her family history she was more interested in telling me her family history than obviously listening to what I wanted and needed

This is my third time coming to this store/location and every time I’ve had a different stylist do my hair. Every time they do a fantastic job! This time it was Derek that took care of me and I couldn’t be happier. I will be a regular customer at this place.
