BUYER BEWARE! This store does not honor harbor freights 90 day return policy. I had a planer I was unhappy with and wanted to return. Was told I could only exchange it. I asked for the policy in writing and referenced harbor freights website, showing the 90 day policy. I have returned items to other stores without issue. Manager Sandy was very rude, unhelpful and unable to show this policy in writing. Go to any other harbor freight but this one.

I bought car jack, open box but never used, and explain to manager in store, and she said if box open, it’s mean tool used, I return in different store without any problem, I hope management will see this post and teach properly staff also store manager very rude she must study how to talk with customers

Harbor Freight Tools is a reputable retailer; however, I encountered an issue at the Aurora, Route 59 location regarding customer service. The store manager, Sandy, informed me that they do not accept returns for an item that was unused and in an open box condition. In contrast, the online customer service representative stated that returns are, in fact, accepted. It appears that further training for Sandy may be beneficial.

All the workers stand around in the front of store just talking instead of walking around the store helping customers

I went here today looking for an LP hose and regulator... The guy wants to know what it's used - for is it for welding? I told him it was most commonly used for barbecues and heaters Not welding.. I asked: You want to get into an argument about what it's used for? He starts laughing.. So rather than tell me where it is - he's going to laugh at me - and I got mad... The manager was standing next to him.. I tried to go in the back and look for it myself but somehow he ended up in the same areas I was.. So in my opinion - you're trying to agitate me by following me.
Somehow this is my fault and I got kicked out.. by the Manager - Yes I did call them names and probably swore at them.. You couldn't just tell me where something was?

Lots of stuff, the staff leaves something to be desired. Very pushy about becoming a club member without telling the customer that's it's 30 dollars a pop.

Harbor Freight Tools is my favorite place to shop for tools and work equipment...very reasonable with Good Service.
