no diversity….. I see the same type of ppl hired here and that’s not a good thing.
The employees look like they’re at a sweat shop forced into labor from how stressed they always look.

This review is regarding customer service at this specific location.
I came in to request a return for a product that became deffective after wearing it just one time (pants that just ripped).
The customer service representative wasn't able to help me as the return time window was past due (shortly past 30 days). I requested to speak with a manager regarding this matter. The manager came and didn't even make eye contact with me, didn't greet me nor asked any questions regarding my matter. The manager was in front of me and was talking to the other representative regarding my issue. After she listened to what the other representative told her, her answer was "We can't accept the return for items that are being returned after the 30 day window" and just left. Didn't consider to hear my feedback and didn't give me a chance to explain my concern.
I then reached out to customer service in the chat box on their website and was able to get assistance and consideration.
I guess nowadays you are better off speaking with costomer service online rather than in person.
On a positive note: the store is clean, organized, good selection, but because of this issue, have no desire to go back to this location.

Today was by far my worst experience I’ve ever had while shopping at an HM store. I’m throughly disappointed with management and the way they run their store. It’s sad to see the decline in service over the years and it’s unfortunate that this one experience has made me want to stray away from this specific location.

There are racist people working at this store. The woman before me used the coupon, but I was not allowed. They didn't even say hello to me. Apparently my accent and complexion prevented this. Good brand, but bad staff. Especially the shift manager for December 4th.

Customer service representatives are very fast & efficient. I signed up for their rewards. I love H & M brand. Will never stop going. They always have the latest fashion! Their clothes are so versatile.

Haven't been here in such a long time. It was nice to shop with my family members in store. Though I had a question about the number sizes and the cashier was extremely rude putting her hand up and saying "you're going to have to wait" I literally only had a question, she can't multi task or call another employee to help me? She was extremely rude for no reason. We left without purchasing anything since we didn't know the number sizes. Train your employees better.
