Do not purchase a product from this store if something wrong they won't accept back you can't return. They have a worst customer service they all rudes especially Manager

Great place even just to walk around! Shopping is fun as well! Prices are reasonable, crew is super friendly. There ain’t one single thing you can’t find here; if you need a hobby thing, it’s here ready on the racks:) Highly recommended.

It was busy busy like the busiest I’ve ever seen a hobby lobby. The store was not only organized but the staff was working their tails off and management ensured the registers were open and called for backup. Well done today in a rush

Disgusting behaviour by the staff and the store manager , i went to return one item out of 20 things that i bought with the receipt ,the woman at front named Amrita is rude and she told me the item is not on the receipt bill ,fair enough she should have told me she cant but then she called another staff and she accused me of stealing the item , she asked me whether i brought it when i came in or i just picked it from a shelf and returning now , that was exactly her question
also Amrita asked me whether i have driver license she dint say any valid ID however its written on the receipt any ID ,when i told her i dont have DL and only passport she again made a ruckus out of it as if I am doing some illegal act ..i have been shopping there for years and spent lot of my money ,clearly its my last visit

I know there are reasons for people to avoid this company for their ideals, but I have to be honest I like going here. I've been using other hobby places like Michaels and JoAnn, but the selection of items and prices are very good. The staff at this location have been very helpful all the times I've visited. Be wary though. The tag price, is probably not the worth while price. They tend to have constant sales on items which seems to be what they should go for. As an example. I purchased some Gundam kits on sale (surprised they had them). Then two weeks after the sale ended, they were on sale for the same discount again. So I got some more.
