Staff was incredibly rude, came in for a shirt they were holding for me and the staff acted completely clueless. Gave me a nasty attitude. They eventually found the shirt and it was the wrong one! Mind you I went out of my way to find this shirt and was treated poorly.

Went there to browse and stuff today. Sam was quick to help me fine if I had any Rewards! :3 They were so nice and patience with me and my sister. love it and made the experience ten times better!!

I went to buy some Haikyuu blind bags some time ago and had complained because the manager there was discriminating against my sister and I (POC). It was a buy one, get one 30% off the entire store, so I bought all the blind bags except one; however, when I got to the register, I was told there was a limit of 5. That made no sense since it was a buy one get one deal, but we went with it anyway. My sister decided to buy half of them on another transaction since according to her, it couldn’t be on the same account. Then, I gave my card to my sister, but she said that we couldn’t use the same card. That didn’t make sense since I was there giving her permission to use my card. Not to mention, she had forgotten to put one of the blind bags in my bag and I had to go back to get it after leaving the mall. The reason I say she was discriminating against us is because the people in front of us bought more than we did and did not have a limit.
When I complained to customer service, I was given a $5 reward as if I was going to shop there again and it expired since I didn’t use it. I wasn’t going to write this review because the district manager had emailed me saying they took care of the issue with that manager, so I thought that she would receive repercussions or something; however, I went to the mall the other day and saw her being a manager still. Because of my terrible experience, I will no longer be shopping at Hot Topic, especially since they hire people like her. If I could I would give this location -10 stars.

Don't order ship to store. They don't send you a tracking number, they don't pay attention that the product leaves the warehouse, and when it's lost issue a refund because your items out of stock. Got an item ready for pickup email at the same time they cancelled my order and now they refuse to tell me if the store has it so I can repurchase. Shopped hot topic since they first opened their doors but will never again. Literally the only Christmas gift I had for my daughter who has been waiting two weeks for this and now I have to break her heart because you can't keep track of your packages? All you offered was a $15 coupon? It's sold out and i will never shop there again so what go is your coupon! Locating my lost package is what needed to happen. Worst service ever, and FYI don't just refund an online order without the customers permission. Now someone else gets to buy my daughter's sold out sweater because.if the package is there they will just put it out on the rack for someone else to buy. Complete refusal to even look for the package because the computer said cancelled.

I went in on a Monday night at around 5:30pm. November 4th 2024 with my friend to pick up her online order. The store associates informed us that her order was picked up by a person (Not my friend or anyone she knows). The associates couldn’t figure out what to do for the whole hour wait claiming there was no more of the online order items. The associates didn’t provide solutions only blaming it on each other for giving it away to someone else. No refund. No other way to go about it. Not helpful at all. What a way of stealing from people in this economy. ??

I visited the store a day ago. I love shopping at this location.I was looking at a skirt that I couldn't afford, so I took the mannequin...a girl who worked there looked...And upset, she told me that if I needed anything, she would tell them...He left with his partner and they whispered things about me...Well, I stayed there waiting for him to help me lower my skirt and I guess he didn't do it with the best attitude...I didn't say anything, just thank you... but the truth was it was very unpleasant, I think it was even a little racist because I was Hispanic.
